A detuned triumph striple commands 9.5lakhs on road bangalore. Inline 3 with abs, whats wrong if an inline 4 sells at 8lakhs? It has abs n it is faired as well. Let us not speculate the quality on offer since nobody has yet seen or experienced first hand. Till then...hey, somebody get me my popcorn

Spoke to my service manager in Mangalore. He confirmed Silicon Honda will be the sole dealer for Karnataka and each state will have one or two dealerships for the 650F till their 20 new big bike only dealerships arrive in a year or two's time.
So If you live outside Bangalore and within KA, you have to go to Silicon Honda and pick it up. But i was told by the ASC manager that when it comes to service, you will have to go to your local dealer and pick a service slot and they will give you a day and time. This slot is for the 650F technicians to travel to your city and service the bike at your nearest ASC.
Bookings have started, Launch is rumored to be tomorrow(?) or was it 7th? Delivery begins August end.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.Comment

No idea on pricing, but a friend who visited Silicon Honda was "supposedly" told it would be around 8. Now if that's OTR or ex showroom is anybody's guess.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.Comment
