  • looks are purely personal choice but IMO the bike is not upto the expectations... HH could have done a better job on the looks and also on the performance.. it would surely have given the other bikes a run for the money.

    • Average Looks !!

Seriously damn disappointed wit the looks...looks like a crossbreed of apache's lights, cbz's rear and some patch work on the fairing....the decals is totally hopeless...there is so much empty area...
The same thing happened when they launched ZMA R ..just a mere sticker job...here too no efforts to match up to yamaha's design...i feel my zma still kick's butt to this one....the only upgrade i like is the console...so we can expect a new zma wit some red framework and red rims.

      • looks more like suzukish from the front than a Honda, speedo console looks very cool, hope this bike looks good in flesh!

        • The Karizma / Karizma-R is still a class job in terms of styling.. it has its own character.

The new ZMR could have inherited the DNA from the Honda international lineup like the lovely CBR 600 (the R15 has successfully done from the R1).

But this ZMR has ended up more inspired by Suzuki models viz. Hayabusa and Gixxers (Haya-Gusa..??).

wished HH had put a analog tacho on this bike otherwise console looks fabolous

              • I am not disappointed by its looks ,it looks good. Rear thing is what not up to the mark. But until & unless i will not see it on road ,cannot comment more on looks.

About the specs: Guys the specs are told by a guy on orkut whose friend owns the dealership as this launch was just for the dealers only . No official news by HH about this. So keep your fingers cross , there might be something unexpected

                • Quite frankly,i'm really happy with what HH has done.I was expecting to see the same old bike with just a full fairing and FI change. They've gone way ahead of their usual potential and done this much ! For the first time HH, good job !

And about power bump - I've completely lost faith or hope in the power thingy as far as our desi premium bike segment is concerned.I don't care.Just use whatever you get to full potential. We Indian's are just destined for this.Stop cribbing about it.I've been cribbing for years.Either go soup up some 2stroke or get outta this country.

                  • The pics are either taken from mobile phone or a low pixel camera, the pic quality is hazy.

However, the bike looks good to me especially from the front and the rear. The console is most likely the best looking, have to see it ON!

The bike will definitely look much better in flesh, and the fit and finish should be top notch.

Regarding performance, yes, it was expected to be around 20 bhp but I am sure it will do the job better than its direct competitor!! The PGM-FI will work wonders for the overall performance even with similar specs

                    Enough said!

i also likes analog tacho meters dude..
No digital meter can give me as much thrill as i get when i see the
tacho meter needle jump to the other extreme on giving a vroooomm..

I would have been happier if the beautiful looking console had one analog tacho...

                              • i would rather pay a little more and buy a Honda then going for a Pulsar

And i will reserve my opinion until i see it in flesh and ride it.

and to u all who feel it has disappointed, the bottomline is we've expected too much from an indian bike and hero honda is coming up the curve.Innovations and modifications will happen.Time is the name of the game!
