More like hunk but some of the stuff are very cool for a 135 cc bike!!!

Product as such hasn't been bad of Bajaja but their After Sales Service sucks BIG time. Trust me when am saying this a former die hard fan of Bajaj. What they need is good service back up.

The bike looks delightful! Especially the rear mudguard section.. Simply awesome..
I hope they haven't used the Discover 135's gearbox, or if used there are some improvements over it..

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

Bike certainly looks good, with Hunk hint! The distance between rear tyre and tail lamp is very noticable.

                  Whoa
I can see another 100,000 Pulsar's in 50 days now. Its gonna be a clear winner..
It looks like the hunk a lot..and as Vas said, Hunk+disco+xceed...
I dont think it would be good on the highways because of the extra small Tank. I wonder if it will give around 55kmpl.

one thing which i can't take of my mind is the Ugly pipe rod over the tyre hugger.
There should've been a white and a silver pulsar 135. would've looked killer.

Under advantages of 4 valve engine, it mentions "No limitation of RPM".. can someone please elaborate on this?

though this bike has strong design cues from the HH Hunk, I am glad it looks good and not wired like the other 125 & 135 cc bikes from Bajaj.

Good to see a 4 valved engine and a change in the chassis. A 5 speeder too. The power numbers & feature list is sure to leave a jealous face to P150 owners. And see the chain casing. Looks like the chain in Disco 135 is not liked by many customers.

But with the small tank what are they aiming?
Is it just the final trick to make sure the P135 does not cannibalize P150 sales?

Glad to see a Bajaj bike that doesn't live on mileage claims.

Monoshock please!!!!! I was expecting a quarter litre.. but this aint bad.. Bike India for December 09 mentions Discover 135 with 13.1 bhp @ 8500 rpm.. so not much of an upgrade, but the weight reduction from 133kg (Disc135) to 122kg is impressive.
the styling is also fresh.. looks like a cross of a hunk + XCD.

But with this.. i feel.. it is goodbye discover135.. especially when the pricing is so close in both p135 n d135.

                        Comparing Power/Weight with other counterparts..
                        All figures in bhp/tonne
                        P135 0.110
                        P150 0.102
                        P180 0.116
                        P220 0.138
                        HH Hunk 0.098
                        HH Achiever 0.1
                        HH CBZ-Xtreme 0.101
                        HH ZMA - R 0.112
                        HH ZMR 0.112
                        Stunner Fi 0.091
                        Stunner carb 0.086
                        Unicorn 0.092
                        GS-150R 0.094
                        RTR 160 EFI 0.117
                        RTR 180 0.126
                        FZ16 0.103
                        Fazer 0.099
                        R15 0.130

Looking at the above figures, P135 has better power/weight ratio than "ALL" other bikes upto 150cc (minus R15) (RTRs are 159.7cc) available in India. Zigwheels was not wrong after all...

Wow! This bike certainly lives up to the "Pulsar" brand image. Another runaway success for Bajaj.

Not pinch but bucketloads of salt. They are a PR firm. Anyways good going on Bajaj if they have actually managed to reduce the weight. Now get on to tackling other familial problems of the Pulsar brand.

There is also a mention that they are not going to stop at 135 with this new technology (4V). Yes probably they will not accend with the others in the family. I loved the upper tail section of this bike ( Indicators & the rear lamp ) and also the front headlamps ( they have mentioned them as Bikini Type )
