You do not want to wait till the road test of Dazzler?? Or did you test the Dazzler?

FYI, RTR160 beats FZ. Now, will you compare the FZ with RTR180? FZ is a typical 150cc with superb handling and looks.

Fz is not even the fastest 150cc forget 180cc . the Pulsar and rtr 180 will leave it far behind . and remember the Dazzler is much lighter than uni and little higher power figure as well .

        • Saw the Dazzler Vs FZ comparo on thr Autocar Show on UTVI (yesterday),

          >> The Dazzler it seems has better performance and also better fuel efficiency compared to the FZ.

          >> The ride and handling of the FZ seems to be marginally better than the Dazzler.

          >> The seating on the Dazzler is very commuterish.

In the verdict according to UTVI:

The Honda Dazzler appeals to the head.
On the other hand the Yamaha FZ appeals to the heart.

I am flattered with the 0-60 pick up of dazzler according to UTV
dazzler takes 5.19 and fz 5.59... this means dazzler clearly outperforms fz..
I was under wrong impression previously then

                • Here comes one more bike that beats the so-called 'LORD'...

Dazzler outperforms the FZ, and handling is on par, and a beautiful FE too. Only thing missing is a sporty rider position. May be Honda has omitted it deliberately, so as to make the bike more of a tourer, than a Sportster.

                    • OT

I just had a drag with a FZ on my almost a decade old Fiero (not stock). I let the FZ guy ahead for almost 6 to 7 bikes length, then opened the throttle, all I can say is the FZ has very very poor acceleration, I saw that the other guy had fully opened throttle and still it wasnt moving quickly at all, I just flew past it, I dunno how that guy was feeling, but I know that the FZ is the best handler in the 150 cc segment, it would have run multiple circles around my fiero in handling department.

If Dazzler was all about style on a commuter, then why is its positioning the least sporty...? All other 150s have it sportier. So what I said is that, Dazzler is aimed at occasional long rides too, and thats why they didn't make it too sporty.

Fz is closer to 180cc only in two categoriz
                            Fuel efficiency
                            Width of tyre
                            thats all

and really delighted to see dazzler outperforming Fz

personally neither my heart nor my brain says yes yamaha except for rx100 (its purely genuine sound)
Both my heart and brain says Honda
The Automotive batteries are designed to work best in a typical short start-stop fashion.
So to increase the life of your automobile battery, blow the horn and flash the pass light in a quick start stop fashion instead of a conitnuous long horn blow or flash light continuous on!!
And obviously don't stretch the self start far too long.

                            • FZ was never a performance machine, it was tuned for the city & smartly styled that's it. My 2003 CBZ will beat it in performance, acceleration, top speed, ride & handling.

The bike is way overpriced for what's on offer. If you are the poser kind then it makes sense else there are better bikes on offer.

FZ is slow, but faster than CB Unicorn and new Pulsar 150Dtsi.
RTR,Hunk,GSR are all faster than FZ for 0-60 and also for 0-100.

From UTVs figures,it seems Dazz is slower than the Hunk which does 0-60 in 5.08 secs.

Also CB Dazzler is called ,CB Unicorn Dazzler.........so I would better wait for the Bike India verdict, than getting into power slugouts.
