    Need A SuperSportBike..

    Hello fellow BikerZzzz.. I need a great help from the X-Bph Team and member.. I am lookin for a SBK between 600-1000cc preferably above 2002 model but not the latest ones as the cost will b too high.. My budget is approx 5lax can stretch a bit if there is a better deal.. I live in HYDerabad, AP, but i dont mind picking up the bike from the mountains deserts sees or trees. i am willing to come and take the bike along with me from anywhere in INDIA to my home.. BUT i want it from a private seller and not a dealer or broker.. i dont mind getting a gray market without any duties paid as i have a lot of contacts in custom clearing and can do it myself, althou i prefer a clear tittled bike with all the legal papers in hand..

    I am specially looking for:

    Ducati 848/999 (if its not too much to ask :-p )
    Honda CBR 600rr/1000rr (2004 and above)
    Honda 954rr (2002)
    Suzuki Gsxr 600/750/1000 (2004 and above)
    Yamaha R6 ( 2006 and above)
    yamaha R1 ( 2005 and above)

    I AM NOT LOOKING FOR ANY HYOSUNG's GTRs OR KAWASAKI's ZXRs..!!

    My fellow riderZzz i am new to SBK it would be my first one i need some advises and help as to which one to go for. Please Help and Support me..

      Except Ducati's....rest all fits in your budget but hard to find a clear bike. If you want to buy, look out for some senior members here and they will guide you. But i am surprised that why have you not mentioned KAWASAKI in your wish list ?

          hey thanks for the advice.. and as far as kawasaki is concerned i just like the ZX10r (06 and 07) when it comes to looks and reviews which are very rare to find here in INDIA.. my personal opinion abt SAKI's are not so appealing except the ZX14r.. *no offence SAKIers* :-D

              I basically AM eying a Yamaha R6 or a Kawasaki 2013 636 but they aren't available, I went to most of the showrooms in Delhi-NCR they simply said me a NO when I asked for a R6 or a Kawasaki 636.
              So I wanted to know where to get a legal import of R6 or a 636, I have a dealer of Yamaha here in faridabad who happens to be a not so closed frient of my dad from whom I bought a R15 BUT he has a 2007 or 08 R1 with the disputed number starting from KA and its still TEMP written on its number plate so I think that's an straightforward illegal import with duties not paid in full.

              Please help me in this regard.

                Yes, that's a grey import model. Stay away from it! A legally imported R6 costs a couple of lacs less than a legal R1.

                    Either import or search for legal ones in the 2nd hand market. Join the FB classifieds. Talk to genuine owners. Give it time.

                                Hi All...
                                I plan to buy a brand new SBK within the next 2 years or earlier. Since it is a huge expenditure,I plan to methodically save for it by keeping aside some funds every month. Hence I need some tips on how to effectively save for it.
                                Should I maintain a separate account for it?
                                Should I buy it through partial finance loan? Or is it eventually gonna cost me a bomb?
                                Any ideas how to go about it would be appreciated.
                                Mods can move this to any other thread if its inappropriate.
