well u must be right but i still feel ur stealth raven r1 will kill the new r1 09 in styling, the r1 09 has mixed reviews abt the styling, its either u love it or hate it, people dont have to get pissed off overhere, just opinions but i m lookin forward to seeing the new r1 09 in person when it launches here

Update: It's been a week since we stopped diagnosis. The valves are ordered and will be here soon. Once the parts come in, the Yamaha guys will fly in and do their job. It'll take another week or so

But I've taken the opportunity to start working on converting my Raven R1 to a Stealth R1. The first of the carbon fiber parts are here and are going on.

I've got a carbon fiber exhaust protector, and a carbon fiber silencer protectors. Next will be front and rear fenders, and after that frame covers and tank cover. Will be adding these gradually over the next two months.

Any news when the valves will arrive, its been well over 10 days now.
Saw the R1 page for parts and they look fab, and they have so many rear view mirror designs Amazing!

Looking forward to see your bike sporting these parts.

Now that you've experienced the awesome power of the R15 - do you have any qualms about going backwards to an R1. How will you manage without the "5" ?

Actually.. yeah I was trying to make an action plan for a gradual shift towards the R1.. One of the points in my "action plan" involves trying to find a "5" sticker that I can add on to the fairings of the R1. That way, it'll all be OK again
