    By aftermarket i meant sliders. Tank pad and maybe adjustable levers. Except for frame slider which was 25k+ for 899 everything else should be south of 10k combined. U have to have them on day one.
    Most ducatistis go with dainese. But more than brand, you go for the fitting. Unless you wish to take her to track right away, a mesh jacket is good for streets. I d also recommend you replace its back protector to a better one. If you wish to ride her to your office and other places apart from the track/weekend , an ankle boot is a must. Full length track boots are pain in the a** when you have to take a stroll after parking her.
    Do not wait for delivery of bike to get these. Do not order online anything unless you have tried same brand same size and are sure of fit.

      Every time I would call them for the test ride they would say that the bike is not there,,its gone for servicing ..or some other reasons on similar lines,,
      Dont know what was the issue..Now I have gave up on them, once the 959 was announced..

      The only department where the Daytona beats the 959 might be that screaming exhaust with coil like whining sound..that's just killer..
      Plus the arrow exhausts for the Daytona costs just around 40k where as the akros or the termi for the 959 would be close to a 2 lakhs ..

          Sujith, which city are you from? Triumph Bangalore also kept saying that the bike wasn't available and that a new test ride vehicle would be sent across by Triumph in April. They said it was their policy to replace all bikes of the previous financial year with new ones regardless of no change happening to the motorcycle.

          One of the main reasons I was sceptical about going in for the Daytona was the fact that there is no clarity on the future of the motorcycle. Too many rumours out there that triumph is discontinuing the motorcycle and they have pulled out of all major racing championships as well. So, there was a fear of going into an obsolete motorcycle which in India wouldn't be adequately taken care of by service personnel.

          Haha. Yeah. Everything on the Ducati automatically becomes more expensive [emoji23]

            Thats because the Termi is a full system while the Arrow is a slip on.

              I am from Bangalore specifically Whitefield, and we are talking about the same Keerthi motors. Whenever I asked them for a test ride they gave me silly reasons so I finally gave up on them. Once they told me that somebody had taken it for a test ride and bumped it ending in the fairing getting broken, so its gone to get it fixed,,,
              Guess i can try now once again.

              Yeah you are right,,you spend north of 10 lakhs on a super bike and ending up with no servicing would be a nightmare..

                In Triumphs defence though, they were very professional about my query on discontinuation of the motorcycle and said even in the remote chance that it did happen, the spares and services network would continue for 15 years post discontinuation of the motorcycle under triumphs policy.

                      One was they were given free accessories worth 1 lakh..
                      Some were given the money back,,

                        Anyway, the 959 Panigale has started to arrive at Ducati showrooms. Infinity Mumbai Ducati is the first to have the display motorcycle. Bangalore is getting it next week.

                        However, the test ride vehicle will be available only towards July- when the bike official goes on sale.

                            I have a doubt now though. From the pictures, it seems like the 959 on display in Bombay doesn't have the double cannon side exhausts. Could someone in Bombay who visits the Infinity Motorcycle showroom confirm whether it is the underbelly or the double cannon side slung exhausts.
