    Is it ok if I put a zero in the right hand side of 300km?? As you know, I have done 200-500km rides numerous times in my life. Lets plan something bigger.

            Helmets

            Cmon guys, every person on this forum (well, most anyway) is mature enough to decide for himself when to wear a helmet and when not. After all it's his head on the line. We need to stop 'recommending' wearing a helmet just as a matter of principle. If someone decides to get out of the car and take a quick 5-min spin on a deserted road at 20kmph then they know what they're doing.

            If someone, on the other hand, perpetually refuses to wear a helmet, then we need to educate, but i still believe the choice is still that person's. This is an era of open-mindedness and all that crap, but people still seem to be tight arses sometimes. Chill !

                @Fireblah: I had to delete the photographs you posted, as the rider was not wearing a lid.

                @JulianPaul: We do not allow to post pictures of lidless riders here on xBhp. I totally understand that it's upto someone to ride with or without a lid, but they can do so at their personal discretion. We, at xBhp would really appreciate if such pictures are not posted.

                        But if he wants to share that photo ask him to upload on any other web hosting sites and take the pic from there..this forum is being visited by people allover the world,moreover when biking is being promoted at global level these pics will bring a wrong impression.

                        Everyone know's that wearing a LID is Necessary,but still people copied "DHOOM" ,long hair's without helmet and called it "Tusshion",end results: FATAL...

                            Cmon Ken, just think for a sec, if i ride without a helmet and fall and crack my skull or worse, how does that make me irresponsible towards society. It's my head aint it? so i'm irresponsible to myself.

                            there are far worse things that affect others, like loud horns and blinding headlights, heck even smoking! We should ban all users on xbhp who have those white/blue xenons or those who ride with the high beam on all the time.

                            anyways, you're right about the OT, i don't wanna go further either.

                            there is no way in hell you can say that every person who wears a helmet is a courteous road user. i still stick to my stand about choice, but i'm not bragging when i say that i consider myself a very courteous rider; i stop often to let people cross in front of me, heck sometimes i've even stopped to move a stone off the road.

                            p.s. i've been wearing a helmet since i started riding, but not every single minute i'm on the bike, if you get what i mean.

                                Ok bro ... the pic was more meant for the blade than the lidless action .... but anyways ... wont post "personal" pics again..
                                @Aryan : was not aware of the rules about not posting lidless pictures.

                                @All : The bike by nature is not possible to ride without a lid.... you cant go over 60-70 kmph lidless on any bike, without risking hurting your eyes or something.... no one can go over 100-120 , specially in monsoon time India. You all saw the helmet picture didnt you , the one with visor painted with mosquitoes all over...
                                anyways its about "responsibility"
