...why these people even care to live on this world? u r rite dude... many ppl here in my place don't know even the name of the bike and simply say race vandi (vehicle) in tamil here.. when am passing thru a traffic even with my R15 many say race bike or race vandi . its been such a long time since the R15 has been on the roads but even cops don't know about them.

cause one pump may sell good petrol while the other may sell adulterated!!!!
so make sure u know ur petrol quality first then the octane!!!!
our bikes are designed to use 91 and above!!!!
however octane rating differ from somecountries to the usa so confirmon that also
in saudi 95 oct = 91 oct in the states so i put 95 oct saudi inthe bike!!!! my bike is the us/canada spec model so i ise 91oct us equivalent whichis the highest found here in saudi
google a bit and see what are the oct ratings equivalent too plus which spec ur bike is us or japense!!!! and try to match ur octane ratingsComment

just see what ur bike mentions to use 91 aboveor below
and just google as to the octane value of petrol in india does it match japanese and use accordingly.
anything above 90 should be fineComment

thanks a lot dude... i checked out and it says 91 octane... also checked with a friend who had a gixxer before he too said Speed is good enough and i can use it.. as for the pump.. well its a company owned and a very reputed one in my city so i guess it would not be a problem
