Superb work sir! I would also suggest you to get a set of mirrors for the bike.

      Great job...
I have RX135 4 speed 2002 model. I'm planning to change my only gearbox not piston or block. Can you explain the conversion process in detail ? (without change in piston setup). Do I need to consider any other changes for this. I’m not looking for very costly conversion, my budget is 10k including gearbox and labour. Do I have to change the clutch plate assembly also ? Any changes in engine housing?. Please help me. Thank You.

You may change only the GB, all other parts can remain same.
Downside will be lesser wheel end torque on 5th gear (for the same engine rpm of original 5s set up)

Yes, but can be compensated by up shifting at higher rpm

Noticed lag in acceleration and as suspected, it's the clogged carburetor this time

Awesome ji! Why don't you use JAWA-Type Filter from PACCO ? I'm using it on my bike and I feel it's much better than the OE filter in my bike and I think it will help in avoiding rust or other debris from getting into the Carburettor.

Had a bad experience in past and stopped using it.

Oh OK.Mine is doing well. The Glass is a bit fragile and you also need to have good and properly tight hose pipes that connect to the filter.I got new hose pipes so that that filter stays firmly.I am having a good experience with it.Anyways,Best of luck on this RX
