^^ Thanks, the 5 speed kick got mounted last week. The cat con is out since the engine has become an extremely high revving unit ( 9500 + rpm easily ). So the additional back pressure of the cat con will simply stifle it more.

A well maintained RXZ is a delight to watch, and if she is in Yamaha Racing Blue, it's heaven!
Last year, I bumped into a blue RXZ with Yoshimura rear-set foot pegs, Nissin disc brakes and some two-piece clip-on handle bars with blue coloured bar ends. Boy, I was in love in an instant with that machine!
Sadly though, I couldn't even meet the biker to complement him.

^^ Nothing much actually. Bike's running the stock carb, and a fully rebuilt engine. Power band comes into its own around 6000 rpm. yeah the CDI is imported, maybe it would have an impact.
