actually I can't say if it is most preferred, if that is really a yz125 piston well it won't work with an RX135 cylinder unless karthik gets it platedOriginally posted by dual disc 200 View PostWhich makes it the world's most liked Transformation of YZ125 to YZ144 Braappp...

Yes, +100 in rest of the world. But in Aussie the YZ 144 scene is smoking hot than the rest of the big bore set-up's as they are officially available in any 2 wheeler Yamaha dealerships.Originally posted by dafc View Posterr actually I am not sure but I think yz250 and ktm 250 overbores or bigbore setups so to say are more popular

Can we see the piston from the intake side Karthik?Originally posted by karthikdattagFinally finally i got hold of Original DT125 Connecting rod (US Spec) & a direct fit Wiseco Piston for RX135 (There is absolutely no requirement of changing the stroke length or use of a sleeved bore, this is a straight fit to STD size 4TL00 or 4TL10 block).
Just can't wait to fit in these. But at the moment both my 135s are already freshly built with high performance products, so will wait for my RX-Z to shape up.

The glass wool that you get in the local shops in Bangalore does last more than 350km. The cheapest option is to get the glass wool from the refrigerator repair shops, they use it in the refrigerator (don't ask me where) and that is where i get mine from.sigpic

Nice one Karthik, how do you find the difference between the multicoloured sponge type & UNI Pod filter? Asking because, you switching to UNI from the very vouched quality Multi color sponge ones makes me think. Also mind sharing the jet sizes ur running in?Originally posted by karthikdattagThe modification bug continues to bite me. Went for a UNI filter this time & some super jetting to cope with that. Let the pics do the talking.
Been very busy helping a friend select a suitable FFE for his newly acquired OHC Vtec & ICEing my Esteem.
