R15 V2 front (i.e. Zapper FY1) is 90/80 (i.e. width = "90" mm; height=90*0.80="72" mm); it won't be stock; both width and height will reduce (But by how much; by 10 mm and 8 mm respectively; do you think that'll make difference). I have experienced it on R15 V2 as well as on my previous bike RTR180; and I vouch for its grip levels.)
It is commonly accepted rule of thumb that one size up or down from stock is acceptable and safe.
Another issue is can CBR150R's rims handle the tyres. Here's a link for the same.
