Rakesh Rok - the viscosity grading of engine oil is well explained in the first few pages of this thread

. . . I was thinking of trying out the fully synthetic of shell, which is I think 15w50, so what do you suggest. . ?
. . . Even I was also recommended by my friend who is using car oil for his bike, shell Helix, they don't listen and I don't speak much and also at the Shell fuel station where I get my engine oil changed, they too said the same thing, no wrong in using car oil for bikes sir, but still I think I am very satisfied with it. . . Why don't you first try out with Shell or Motul and then go with it, it's very good and you'll love them and will only use them. . . That's it, rest all choice is up to you. . .
Decarbonization is the process of removing the carbon deposits deposited by the combustion that's happening inside your engine. Think of it as this, you see exhaust as black sooty stuff, the same happens inside the valves, so they need cleaning. And it depends on a lot of factors, good quality fuel, engine oil, etc. A good idea would be to decarbonize every 35k to 40k KMS *accordingly*
