Ok

But its mentioned they are waterproof. And all the Senas and other expensive ones also come with the same design.

Thats personal decision, I would still say avoid one that has mic directly connected to the main part and is exposed. Here is mine : https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcy...ml#post1148509

Pune public, can you let me know the place where I can buy MT or SOL Helmets.

I already contacted stepin adventure but they have only 1 piece of medium size and that wont fit me.

Any other dealers please.

Cheers,

You can buy MT Helmets at Moto 101, Dhole Patil Rd. or MotoCentral, Nana Peth (9822449903). I guess ProBiker on MG Road keeps SOL Helmets, but not so sure about that. Just confirm before you visit.

Thanks kdevdatta, I already brought mt blade racing livery from moto101, he was hell bent on selling me the MT against SOL. I do know both helmets are good, I was choosing SOL just because of its graphics against MT

Anyways, I just came back from moto101 and while coming I was riding at 90-100kmph, only a slight wind noise which was very acceptable. So far, I like the helmet very much partly because I paid a 5600rs and partly because it has less wind noise a boon for us riders

I am going to put up a detailed review once I have clocked some kms.

Cheers,
Sanjay

My THH TS-43 (M size) has arrived and it seems it's a size bigger or my head is a size smaller. Helmet is dead 1.5 kg. Putting helmet on head and taking off is very difficult so can't imagine how the S size will be. Head is fitting snug but the problem is with the cheek pads. Cheek pads needs to beefed up. Is there a way to increase the thickness of cheek pads? or to push them little inside by putting something behind them?

I checked online and no one is keeping S size helmets.

That is why it is always suggested to physically try the helmet and then buy it. I doubt that THH helmet has cheek pads available in various sizes.

You say its a snug fit, I suppose that is what is required in a helmet.

Cheek pads are removable, you can remove them add a layer of cushion and then fit those pads back, might work!

Cheers,
Sanjay

Hi guys. I am about to buy a helmet. Checked out some helmets at Probiker in Pune. Among Ls2 MT Sol and Kranos i decided to go for Ls2 phobia.
He has quoted Rs. 4200 for the same. It is new 352 model with change in vent design. Also has sharp 4 rating along with ece.
Is the 4.2k price correct?

Having so much debate on fake ls2 in market, you still want to go for it?

The reason i am not worried about it being fake is that Pro biker is a reputed seller in Pune. But i can be wrong.
Also helmet comes with 1 year warranty.

A reply in 15 minutes? Not everyone is on the site 24x7. Anyways now that you have bought phobia which sells at 2700 at most places, all I could say that, I hope you don't have to test it's genuinity the other way.

What if he actually bought a genuine piece? is it still sold for 2700?

Pro Biker is a known name in Pune, from what I can have read on this forum.
