Maybe I'll draw inspiration from the viking helmets and add some wings for the more 'lift'

Tone the wings down a bit, otherwise you could crash into a plane

If you're looking for something tasty, hang on a bit. SPG has something cooking on the stove.

if you're in a hurry, you can get a NEXX, which is being distributed by Vega now. Touch pricey though but good helmets.

I have about 6 months, can I expect something from the SPG magic factory by then ?

Guys I will still insist using LS2 if you get the right one nothing good like in that budget. I am using Ff351 model. It has that difference form other helmets. As regarding noise till 112 kmph I didn't feel any kind of disturbance, couldn't go beyond that. Else if we are talking about how composed it is, my Studds Shifter and LS2 looks like to be equally composed but then the quality I believe matters. To me stuuds appear to be flimsy and there are adequate panel gaps between the main shell and the pads, which is not there in LS2.I have used Studds downtown and Airoh also. Regarding the crash, guys if it's severe no helmet gonna save your life.

yes I have....... Since it has got created.......... I have my personal experience of using Vega , Studds, Airoh and LS2. As you can see recently I have got one Studds shifter also for city use. So after that only I have shared my views.

Back on the forum after long..

Currently using a LS2 FF350 since 6 months now.
Thinking of buying a lighter lid to be used along with the LS2, as i dont find it feasible to carry my current lid everytime (mostly for city use / short spin)
Budget is around 1-1.5K. Heard of Vega and Studds in that range.
Can anyone shed some info? Thanks in advance.

Awesome!! Looking forward to it. If its a sub 1.5Kg helmet, and is OK for 140-160 speeds you have one customer already

Guys, I am looking for a full face helmet in the range of 6-8k, possibly red color to go with my 200NS. Pls suggest some decent ones.

I was hell bent on buying SOL SF1 ACME red since the last 2months, but the damn thing is not available and SPG would say 1 month wait(they have been doing this for 3-4 months now) BTW I am from Mysore. My cousin lives in Chennai so thought of getting it through him. He almost visits/calls the shop every week as its on the way to IT park. Not a positive response from them so far. I've tried my friends solid black SOL 68 S2, M is the right fit for me, wondering if the SF1 would be the same too?(I was the one who showed him the SOL and convinced him to buy SOL instead of an LS2, now he thinks I duped him coz his lid is already 3 months old and mine is still a figment of imagination)

Anyway, as it seems I might not own the SOL in the immediate future, I need some other suggestions (RED). Please help ASAP. I might make use of this boring weekend after all.

P.S- Open to all kind of suggestions (Price 8k max)

Dude even im from Mysore. Your best bet is going to Bangalore, or get in touch with Lets Gear Up folks on facebook. They are the best dealers in my experience and they stock everything and are very professional. When viaterra claw was out of stock from viaterra's website itself, they had stock of it an i ordered from there. They even courier with minimal courier fee. check it out.
