I hope you know that MT revenge doesn't have a d-ring fastener..

But, its mentioned on the website that both revenge and blade are also available with both d-rings and ratchets.

Also check spartanprogear website, the helmets are shown there.

I am really sorry for posting without doing even basic search.

From previous posts I gathered that latest helmets are not shown on the spartan website, so I assumed that would be the case now also. Also I again assumed that like axis will have a d ring...

Anyway thank you for the inputs, I will do a proper search and see what options I have...

They don't come with d-ring.. Equipped only with ratchet fasteners.. Have seen them in person so I know it for sure.. And yes mentioned wrong in the site..

The various helmet models come with both D-rings and ratchets. Perhaps the present stock you saw has ratchets but D-rings are also definitely imported.

Guys, what is the difference between HJC CL-17 and FG-17?

Except for the Visor lock, I did not find anything much different. Can somebody please clarify?

They are different. The FG17 is a higher positioned hand-crafted fibreglass helmet, while the CL17 is a cheaper to produce PC shell.

Check out Megha Enterprises in Bangalore. He has stock. All dealers have not received them yet as even they get serviced on a first-in, first-out basis. So dealers who put in orders first get deliveries first.

Sorry no pics, waiting for the right time to take it out as currently stuck with too much of work.

Megha Enterprises had stock of all the ones seen on the site .

SunnySir - When can we expect Visor options ? I am looking for a black visor as its for day use only.

I had an issue with the chin guard thingy, well I solved it, I took the chin guard thing off the AXXIS and Put is on The Blade, now its perfect reduced wind and doesnt suck dirt up.

Got the new Revenge from Megha in Bangalore. The guy says they are selling off like hot cakes !
Snug fit. Decently light. Great looking. Got the iridium visor as well for another 500. The guy gave a head cloth and a local balaclava free as a goodwill gesture.
Feels great. Too snug right now but I am expecting the foam to settle down sooner rather than later !

Yup. That Megha. There was no smoked visor available. Only clear and iridium.
Also you could get one visor for no extra cost. They replace the one on the helmet with the one you want.
I have kept 2 (iridium + clear).

Its a XL.

Certainly for me it was

Went googling for a new helmet, came to know about certifications first(DOT etc). Looked at helmets I liked (also had to be light for the ever aging neck) and was preparing myself for a burned hole in my pocket with the AGVs (16k on a K3 gothic) and the BELLs (even considered getting a LaZer hypersport imported).
Along came MT & saved my pocket and probably my head (won't need hopefully). SHARP 5 @ 5K still sounds astounding to me.
