Where could I find brands like HJC, AGV, ARAI, BELL, Scorpion like brands in chennai.

Is it possible to buy for ~8k. I think they are costly.

Do ask performance racing Mumbai or if you are here in Noida (dont ask how I know it) then ask Redline Racing in Delhi

            AGV starts at around 17K

            ARAI starts at around 30K

            Bell starts at around 20K

                Whoops [emoji15]

Then MT & LS2 are best helmets in the world. Lol [emoji23][emoji23]

I have seen many international stunt & SBK riders wearing MT & LS2. Even saw a guy wearing LS2 doing a top speed test of 370 on Ninja

What makes these brands costlier than LS2 & MT.

Am personally in love with. MT AXXIS with casino graphics. Decided to buy it But still looking for other options since MT is 4.5k & my budget is upto 8k. Gotta best one with specs

Basic models of Mt or Ls2 are definitely not the best. Different models have different prices and definitely many superbike riders wear these, but most of them wear the best makes of Ls2 and Mt.
Obviously Agv, Arai, Bell and different others are priced high too like different models of Marushin-Daijya, Kbc, Caberg, Hjc, Airoh, Shoei, Nolan, Shark. The reason is their build, safety and quality of standard & protection predicted after crash tests.
Even in Ls2, i think the FF 320 is 10k. There are expensive helmets of Mt too.
According to SHARP-Safety helmet assessment rating programme's crash helmet testing, being rated up to 5 stars to sort the best quality helmets, from a survey of their 5 year collection, the best rated ones this year were Shark, Agv, Bell which was number1, Nolan X-lite, Best makes of Mt, Arai, Nitro and few others.
They rated Ls2 in 13'th position.
The models which we buy in around 5k like Ls2, MT or Sol, Sparx are definitely good for us.

Which Ninja goes to 370?? Just curious

The LS2 in India are all fake, we have had long discussion on different thread on this. use the search feature to get that thread.
Coming to MT, it is value for money but I have heard cases of internal visor becoming loose after some usage (not all models have internal visors)

HJC CR2 ranges at 6500-8k range.

And yes always remember, the more you look for options, the more you will be confused

There are the Marushin helmets which are excellent around 10k. But as suggested by [MENTION=13887]prateek2210[/MENTION] ... The more you look the more confusing it gets.

What exactly do they mean by Head Protection Technology? Isn't Head Protection the fundamental purpose of any helmet?

Read somewhere here that Marushin has fakes in India.

Ninja H2R reaches ~370kmph. Saw an video in YouTube.

Yea the more I look the more confusing it is.
Found that MT Revenge has 5 Star rating & just ₹1000 costlier than AXXIS. But when I googled it doesn't look like Spartanprogear sells them.

am confused between AXXIS & Revenge. I live the styling & graphics of AXXIS and now HJC [emoji31]

I see a lot of people recommending Studds Shifter, MT Blade and other Dual Visor helmets.

Please note that the convenience of having a tinted Dual visor is not free of cost, and it comes at the cost of safety.

the space taken by the internal sun visor has been carved out of EPS and has to be made hollow-> it means loss of some crash protection material in that region.

SHARP that tests this region clearly shows the forehead region of these dual visor helmets to be more vulnerable,

I personally wear my sunglasses under my helmet, Choose whatever you want but be aware of the pros and cons of your decision.

                              Ride safe.
