That lock would be too heavy and too costly I believe just for the helmet, it will be too cumbersome to carry, just go for the ones I mentioned, don't know about fiber locks though

Simple and easy idea : Why not carry the helmet. Afterall its light and most of the places have place to keep them.

True bhai. But , for me it is not possible to carry the helmet with me all the time.Thats why I've posted question as my previous lock is useless for my new helmet.

So I have just bought the Mt Kre momentum helmet. The fit is nice and comfortable and there is sufficient wind noise isolation of speeds of upto 160kmph. It's a good buy at this price range i guess. Considering the fact that it also comes with a sun visor. The shop told me there is a 6 month warranty for the helmet. But i have heard that there is usually a 2 year warranty being provided by Mt for their helmets. Can anyone confirm about this. Thanks in advance. Arun.

hello friends, i want to buy a full face helmet for my wife.
                    Budget is around 5K.
I checked vega axor and studds but it was heavy for her. Not sure if its ok for her to wear heavy helmet or should i look for light weight ones? Can it cause neck problems on long rides?
Can go for MT as well. If in MT then which one? Anything else within the budget is also ok.
                    Pls help.

In the 5k range you can try out MT and SOL. They are a lot better in terms of fit and finish than Studds or Vega, hence they will be comfortable for long rides.

MT Axxis and Mugello are under 5k. Majority of SOL helmets are priced in the 5-6k range.

                      Cheers and regards,
