My suggestion will be to avoid chopra.
You can go to redline racing store OR riderz planet if you are planning to buy such premium brand.

Personally had a very bad experience with him in the past.
5 days before me and my friend went to karol bagh to buy a new helmet.
I thought lets give him 1 more try.
He didn't have the M size in graphic which we were looking for.
After sometime he swapped the L size sticker with another M size helmet and changed the inner padding also just to sell the helmet.
We came to know about this when we visited another store to buy gloves.
After that when i asked him did you changed the padding and sticker?
He shamelessly replied YES.
After that we've return the helmet to him and got our money back.

Chopra doesnt have Shoei or premium brands, he is good till 6-7k helmets, or anything abover contact Redline (personal recommendation) or Ryderz Planet

But personally me & my friends have been buying biking stuff from Chopra for the past few yrs & none if us ever had any problems or felt cheated. It might be one of instance that happened with you and it might have been done by the people who work. I m not endorsing Chopra, but if I need even the smallest thing like a visor, I get from him. I even changed my saddle bag after 15 days after purchase. If u go there ask for Gaurav - it's his son.

Same here, its been 7 years now that I buy stuff from him and not once I faced any issue. One thing I noticed with him he generally does this getting hyper if he doesn't get respect from the other side or see that the other party is just wasting time.
