Tried with baclava also, but didnt help much.

Thinking of returning it and trying some other brand.
Ad I said, it is about the helmet shape, not the brand shape. Same brand will have many helmets in different shapes.

Hmm, but I didn't like other helmets in the same brand. So have to change brand all together.

Hello guys, my wife has brought a new yellow vespa lx125. I was searching for a good plain yellow full face helmet under 6k. Any suggestions?

          Hello fellow safe riders.

I was initially sold on getting the SOL 68S2 (any design) in a small size (sucks cos this is a size that is hardly available).

But recently, I was looking up more in to HJC and realized that there are 2 versions - The CS15 and the CL17.

I tried using the thread search tools but I was not able to locate an appropriate comparison.

Thoughts on the CL17 and if there are any differences between these 2 models?
I understand that the major cons here are the wind noise, but given the other choice for me is the SOL, i dont really mind that.

          Safety is paramount.

          Cheers!

SMK twister in yellow looks gorgeous. But for the wifey, I would recommend SMK stellar, not sure if available in yellow, but it is available in white.

CL17 is a much higher model, gets a better shell, double D ring closure.
No point comparing actually, get the CL17.

                Thanks for the response!

This is going to be my first major helmet upgrade. you think I should stick to the CS15 or is it worth stretching the budget to get the CL17?

Also, how would you compare it to the Sol 68 S2?

Sorry for the follow up questions, as my range is till 10k, is there a better helmet or is it best to stick to HJC here?

It is definitely worth stretching to CL 17, it is a SNELL certified shell. Not that I consider SNELL a lot, but it is definitely speaking for quality of shell. DOT+SNELL 2015 it is.

Also, SOL is DOT certified, heavy and noisy.

I would stick to HJC myself in that budget.
You can additionally check ScorpionEXO 390 - lacks a double D ring closure though.

                  And goodluck.

                    Hello guys,
                    I recently bought MT revenge.
The wind noise from the helmet is unbearable when nearing to 100 kmph.
I got the visor side mounts replaced as the dealer said that was the one causing it.
After another 100 km the wind noise is back.
I'm planning to do a 500 km road trip and doing it in this is really difficult.
Please provide some solution guys, as in what to do.
                    Thank you

Use some good quality noise cancelling earplugs.

Have ordered 3M one's from Amazon.
Have to see if they're comfortable in longer runs.

Does AGV provide any warranty in India?

Ordered a K3-SV from motorcyclegear.com and this is what happened with my helmet after two weeks of use..
They told me to send the helmet back and they will replace the strap and padding or provide a refund. Should I be worried?

Bought SMK Twister, yesterday, for 4300, Matt Black color.

I liked helmet a lot. I must mention that I have no experience of such quality helmet. My last purchase was Studds Ninja before about 15 years (that time this one was best available). Later I was not riding for 13 years.

Noise is very low, visor is good and it comes with PinLock, which is said to be costing about 1000 bucks. Lining and padding is secure and make feel good.

Thanks to this thread to helping me making appropriate decision
