Fit: Excellent at head, snug around cheeks too. Broad at forehead&pretty good room near chin. Very huge on the inside compared to the Boolean. Strap area also well padded.
Padding: Excellent, in a different league altogether, Boolean comes nowhere near!
Vents: Rear vents work very well, front could have done with 2 more vents like the 3G, or head vents like the Boolean. Forehead tends to get a bit sweaty, but I'll start wearing my helmet cap once it beds in, so no issues.
Performance at high speeds: No buzzing/whistling, but yes, some breeze does creep in since there is a bit of gap near the chin area. If you turn your head to the side, you can feel the rear vents working!
Visor: Scratch Resistant, too new to comment on whether it really stays that way!
Build&Finish: Opening mechanism similar to Boolean, way better than Ninja Gen 1 which I used for 3 years.
Mine is the glossy one, stickers are embossed. Initially found the stickers were not stuck completely, but hope they will hold on in time! That is the only con that I can think of the helmet.
Pros: Excellent padding, good jaw protection in full face mode.
Cons: Embossed stickers look good, but don't look as though they'll stick on long!
Overall, I find it VFM at Rs.1300 (my friend also bought one so we got a discount), for those with broader foreheads&who need thicker padding, this/3G is a better deal compared to the Boolean, at a price less Rs.500. All you miss out probably on would be the 'internal' visor or sunglass system that Boolean has to offer.
ninja was always a fav but never got 2G or 3G in Bangalore, only 1G was available so skipped it. Wise choice a real value for Money helmet.

Thanks, but its still very good only as long as its a city purpose usage. For touring it'll be the Vega high end. Waiting for that.
Its a bit surprising that you don't find it in Bangalore! I thought there are many more shops&options there. My Vega lid was also not available here in glossy black, so I asked my friend to buy the Vega high end helmet from Bangalore.

Yes, that is the one. But the design has changed. And the price has also changed. The printed MRP is something around 1200 INR now. Total VFM.

Glad to see it, but its shocking to see such wide difference in prices. I booked my 3G for 1300 and 2G was for 1100!!
Neways, Congrats on your new Ninja (did you procure a spare sticker?)

Thanks buddy, I was told at most of the shops here that both were launched together&priced also similar, at Rs.1400-1450. Then, the shopkeeper gave it to us for Rs.1300, saying that he was discounting Rs.100 per piece.
As for the sticker, I asked him about it, he says no spare stickers available. If these come out, he suggests sticking them with cobbler’s glue (Fevi Stick is corrosive if it falls on the paint, I already tried it on a teeny weeny part). Do you get spare stickers where you live?

That is the Ninja 2G. I got it from Bike Decors, ESI (Erragadda). It is also available at Evergreen Helmets, Abids. If you do plan to get it from Bike Decors, I can accompany you to ensure you get a discount, else at Abids they might charge you 1450. Check out the 3G also. There are subtle differences in the two but both are more or less similar.

@All: Here are pics of my latest buy (in fact I bought both on the same day ), the Vega high end. I plan to use this only for touring. I don’t think this helmet needs a review. Special thanks to RaviKiran for getting the glossy black for me from Bangalore&thanks to HydBiker as always for the expert advice&also resizing pics!
