i have never found CROSS heavy...if the VEGA is lighter, thts sweet!and i want to try it out!
btw there is a HUGE bulk of CROSS visors@450rs and also the visor mounting panel in AQ !

Also, MPA AGV and CROSS and LS2 and even vega booligan weighed much more than this vega..

SID, There is no good place to buy any other stuffs than helmet in trivandrum. Even yesterday, jayamohan bro drove to AQ to buy his cramsters. helmets are avilable at amba auto, but are much oevrpriced.Ghost riders also sell them but they take stock from AQ only.

dude, dont compare booligan with this, the make quality is far far better. I have used booligan extensively . My friend's booligan's front flipping part's spring broke off, then the inner glass came out, the padding just went off without doing anything and i had to buy another set!!!...

No doubt, AQ is the largest dealer over here and hence selling at the most competitive rates. comparison..i ve made in the previous quote
          its lighter than boolean??
and cross weight is well distributed..i din feel a thing in my last ride to munnar!!
ranjiths cross parts are available in AQ. not mine though!

Neil, I've done a jugad as per Santa's suggestion. Got AGV's clips and visor on my GPOne. It leaves about .5 cm gap at the lip and doesn't close completely. You can possibly chop off some lining there but I didn't do it. That's no issue as he visor is superb now and the noise levels similar to what the shitty GPOne visor has. May be you wanna try it.

I have just sent a mail to Vega clarify the doubts i have. Lets get the reply from Vega India itself.I really love to understand why there is no Safety or Quality certification for those helmets.

                        • I have seen a lot of Vega's Boolean and MX helmets in Cochin but not the kind Varun has.
LS2 Helmets are very good."Spares" in Cochin stocks few.

The LS2 is pretty good. Gauravbalu has one. He is quite happy with it. His helmet has a rather nice design. Search through this forum to find his posts on his lid

No vega blue eye is not copy of v vega. this helmet is actually ECE quality but it take some time to get certified before that vega launch this model in market u will find same model with E.C.E certified after some months, this helmet is too light weight v vega cant manufacture such light weight helmets if u check from back side u can see vega off road n this model looks same even the vents r same.its there own R&D the model vega have copied is only boolean that is copy of caberg helmet rest all model r there own design.
