          • Greetings fellow bikers ...
I seem to find myself at a spot which many of us go through .. Namely , Which is the best helmet for around 3k rupees ...
I simply love the LS2 phobia and dragon ..
            here are my questions ...

            1) what are the design differences b/w these two ?
            2) does the mercury tinted mirror finish visor give decent visibility at night ?
3)Do the helmets come with warranty ?

There are two plastic thing at the top on the dragon which looks stylish but it is round in shape from behind whereas Phobia doesnt have that plastic thingy but is not circular from behind it has a slope kind of design at the back. IMO phobia is anyday better than a dragon. Dragon is quite common too these days whereas phobia aint that common till date.

              2) does the mercury tinted mirror finish visor give decent visibility at night ?
Either buy both the visors [clear + tinted] or choose clear over mercuric. No doubt the mercuric one looks cool but at the same time is prone to scratches more than a clear one. Clear one has the best for visibility during day and night time and scratches also doesnt easily appear if compared to a mercuric one.
Mercuric visor would cost you around 400-450 bucks.

3)Do the helmets come with warranty ?
Yes i got a one year warranty with my LS2 phobia but i doubt its a valid one because there is nowhere mentioned the purchase date.

                • Told about i got my Orazo Coot this week. I had a 260 km ride with that today. I am very much happy about my purchase. I bought the basic Black version. First i thought i was ugly. But when i used it.. I was stuck in that. I really didn't want to remove it when i came back. Damn comfort to me. The sole has fantastic grip and the steel toe is very hard. There isn't a notable mark on the toe shifting area. Earlier i thought it would be a problem. The quality of leather is good too. But there isn't any protection for ankle. Just for 1600 bucks.. we shouldn't expect more.. I am not that greedy...
If you need a reason to ride, you are not on the right bike.

                    • A doubt... Is there any fingerless motorcycling gloves available? If so, which brand? Any guys here are using this? I know it offers much less protection. But it is very very difficult to remove the gloves and take pictures. Right? I think it is because i am using a Cramster MX3 and DSG Nero. Hope you all understand what i mean.
