Yes dude. Its comfortable for me at nights. Air flow in the helmet is very nice. Don't know about the rain, still didn't experienced. Yes But today when i was returning from my office to home, road was washed away by the rain. Water with mud due to the heavy vehicles was all over my shirt, shoes n helmet.
