i own a LS 2 Phobia and i am facing a unique problem...
the plastic thing which binds the padding inside the helmet in the bottom of the helmet... tends to come out within few days of usage... and i need to tuck it inside after removing the rubber bidding.
any specific solution for the same ?
P.S- this only happens on the left side of the helmet ... right side is ok it never comes out.
Attaching a picture .... the area covered in red triangle is the area which i am talking about.2003 - 2009 : Pulsar 150 Classic (Sold)

@Madhav and Nin : I always thought about using Fevi Quick initially .... but never gave it a shot due to the risk involved in it ... as in ... if i stick it then it would be hard to remove the padding for cleaning purpose (if i want to in future).

Feviquick will come off with acetone based nail polish removers so it is not a risk.Originally posted by smoker n doper View Post@Madhav and Nin : I always thought about using Fevi Quick initially .... but never gave it a shot due to the risk involved in it ... as in ... if i stick it then it would be hard to remove the padding for cleaning purpose (if i want to in future).
Revlon has an acetone based remover - the Feviquick will simply dissolve in it.

I have heard that if you keep the product(on which feviquick is applied) in hot water,it'll loosen and can be removed!
Dont know if its true or not!Speak Less,Speak Wise!

Not true - unless you boil the product, which will damage it.Originally posted by haxor View PostI have heard that if you keep the product(on which feviquick is applied) in hot water,it'll loosen and can be removed!

Acetone is the easiest, pain-free way of removing isocynate based adhesives like Feviquick. It is a chemical reaction which breaks the superglue compound.

Dunno if the fevi kvik will make any damage or not. But the nail polish remover will surely remove the paint on the helmet.Originally posted by bluevolt View PostNot true - unless you boil the product, which will damage it.

@ Madhav : the plastic goes inside the helmet so using remover wont cause any issue as such ... !2003 - 2009 : Pulsar 150 Classic (Sold)
