      Magesh,

Check out the SOL SF01 which is shown on the site SOL Helmet India . This version has an internal visor like you wanted and can be seen at Shree Padham on GP road, who is an authorised reseller.

The price of the helmet is available on the website, which is a little more than your budget, but sheer VFM for a true DOT spec product. You can also check with SriramEfunds and deva_hunk from Chennai XBhp for reviews on the product.

I've not come across Police to verify the helmets in my lifetime. Go ahead and buy the SOL and enjoy your ride.

Sriram bro., I've checked the details for SOL helmets on their global website.. I noticed that the open/close toggle for sun visor is situated on the top with gaps along its operating region.. How does it performs in rainy days?
Does water enter through this area?

                  • @AKAIogan If you are planning on getting the LS2 helmet get the Modular one. I have an LS2 FF350-1(non-modular),the visor fogs up pretty fast and the vents are effective in clearing up the fog only above 60koh. I tried coating the inside of the visor with soap water and letting it dry but the layer wears out very soon. The helmet is not very good in the rains. My earlier vega boolean was much better in the rain.

Thanks for the advice, but i really feel that modular ones are bit compromising on the safety front. My last experience with my LS2 Dragon was good have change it as it has served its life. So looking for LS2 WOLf . or maybe I have to try NUVO .

                            Cheers.

The model is the same - 68s - just the graphic is different.

SOL is the parent company - the GMax brand is proprietary to the North American market. The same helmets are sold as SOL elsewhere in the world.

Hello, My budget is around 5k and I am bit confused about which Helmet to buy, I am based out of Bangalore & know where to buy but not sure Which to buy?

I have quick clarification on SOL SF01 vs. SL68s, I really liked SL68s because of the graphics. Does Visor for both the helmets are same or its different or its just the shell which is different??? And
In terms of weight does SOL is equalant or lighter compared with Airoh??

I didn't get M-size in SOL when I visited the helmet shop last week and was not happy with SOL SF01 graphics because SL68s was not in display and more over I didn't knew about SL68s earlier... specially after trying out Daijya helmet with real cool graphics, the fit and feel was amazing with a inner pump to adjust the fit..but didn't go for it because I wasn't sure if the helmet is genuine or fake, there was no certification embossed on the helmet and the guy was also quoting Rs.4750/- (online price)...

Any advice on SOL (SF vs SL) vs. Any other recommendations on good Helmet with budget of Rs.5k/- will be a Great help....

                                Thanks!
