IMHO, not at all as per my recent experience while checking it out (of a friend). SPG Icarus is way more better in terms of armor, material and feel than it at lower price, and then SPG Helios/Cramster Breezer are even a step further in the same price bracket.

I know leather gloves are good from safety point of view, but i am against the use of leather, coz it's made from Animal skin
Try Rynox Rampage, they have been given a better review from the users (specially for the product service backup) and are at good price too for everyday use.

I Know Rampage are good and priced very well, but they have used leather in it's construction. Very little and thin layer, but they have used it.
And i am looking for Glove with 0% leather in it. At some point synthetic leather will also do, but no animal skin.

Rjays Swift is good jacket.. I haqve seen many riders wearing it and able to get some inputs about the jacket from them.. Rjays is Australian company if I am not wrong and Swift is finest jacket in that budget.. DSG Triton is also falls in that bracket try with that also.

Also take a look at AGV Mayhem sport gloves. But it uses synthetic leather on the palm and bottom of the finger area.

@prateek2210, please don't take it too far, i am just against use of animal skin.
I respect your view, but somethings are just not possible. Leather is being used as abrasion resistant material since the early days of racing, and yet we are unable to replace it. For the record, if we have found better and cost effective materials available then leather could have been outlawed, but its not the case. Also, Leather, which you see in everyday products is really just a by product of cattle industry.

Yep, best to avoid such places. The neatest shop I was at was Helmet : Riders Shop @ Shivranjini cross roads. Very neat place, as is the case however, the seller is very helpful, but ill informed (or maybe that is because of the market demands).
I was talking of the same shop .

To be honest, i'm just four months into riding bikes and my first self owned bike is the r15 2.0. I have never ridden my bike without riding gears but today i happened to do a short ride on my r15 2.0 without the jackets and gloves and i felt like the bike was more maneuverable to me without the gloves while riding through heavy traffic since i'll always stall at such situations and it also felt like i'm riding a much smaller bike may be it happened because i used four fingers to control the clutch while riding without the gloves(i have been using only two fingers to control the clutch) and i decided to use all four fingers to control the clutch with my gloves on but i didn't feel the slightest comfort on doing so.. may be i'm used to the two finger technique . currently i'm using the pro-biker riding glove. The comfort that i felt without the gloves was great so i`m wondering not to use the gloves for city commuting anymore :-( but the same pro-biker glove had saved my palm from a fall that happened inside city limits. so shall i leave the glove for city commuting :-( ?? or go for another glove?? i'm thinking of getting a dsg motomesh.

Buy better gloves mate, probiker gloves suck, they are the least comfortable gloves that you can find. Gym gloves are more comfortable at the same price!
It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

Pro-Biker gloves have maximum maneuverability, I would go so far as to say that they are as comfortable as not wearing any gloves, but it is this very nature of the gloves ( extreme maneuverability ) that does maximum damage to you while you crash. They offer zero safety against your fingers bending in opposite direction while you crash and even lower abrasion resistance.

Somewhere above I think I deviated from you actual query, hence to make it short:

                        Change your pro-biker gloves anyway
