Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
I am spoilt by my Cramster riding gear which has been working flawlessly since 2008.
A few stitches in the pants gave away when I squatted.
Like any other shoes, the boots' sole sticking came off when I kept them away unused for a couple of years.
Nothing to point out in the jackets or both pairs of gloves yet.
That said, I am interested to buy something new. I liked the looks of the Solace Sprint in blue as it matches well with my R3. Though the M size was a tad too short for me.
If someone can post pics of the protectors in it I will be happy.
Also, this jacket will mainly be used only on short/breakfast runs.
I am floored by the Rynox stuff and will eventually end up buying jacket and pants by winter.
But for now, any inputs on Solace Sprint would help! ☺Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Originally posted by Chandan92 View PostHello, agreed on your after sales service point, but my point is if product itself is good then dependency on after sales minimises. For example- i am using DSG Evo jacket for last one year it's an OK jacket not great but does it's job for daily use & also using Cramster blaster gloves it's a good leather glove for city & short tours, both of these as you said doesn't come with warranty but both of these are serving me well for one year and still in good shape. And another thing that like I reside at Raipur and nearest outlet to get anything repaired is around 800-1000kms and it's not feasible every time, so my point is product should have best built quality so that dependency on after sales service is minimal.
P.S. - Fellow members can correct me if I am wrong.
brother i must say you are the luckiest person having DSG & Cramster & still using it without any problem.
if the product is of good quality then brand offers customer a after sale service as they knows the fact that there will
not be a problem in quality & if it will be there then might be a minor problem. thats the confidence which brands having
who are giving after sale service.
DSG/Cramster before also good in after sale service but thats the past i must say. now both these not giving any warranty so that
there is no question of after sale service. the DSG Evo you are using see below link given by one of our XBHP fellow. you might understand then
why the after sale service is so important.
i was also using DSG EVo..........."Bas Mat Pucho Mere Dil ka Haal"

Universal : Riding Gear Thread
I think you have not read my post completely, I mentioned DSG/Cramster because I am using it but main purpose of my post was quality products irrespective of brands and what's the use of after sales service if I have to send my gears every now and then for repairs to company outlet which is far from my place. Will that be feasible to me ?? I already said I agree with after sales service but if quality is present then depending on affer sales service will not be required.Originally posted by malhotra_karam View Postbrother i must say you are the luckiest person having
P.S. I already said DSG Evo is an OK jacket for it's price.

Same here...................
The problem share by our fellow XBHP member, i feel his condition is still good one...still he survived 6-7 months.
I purchased the same one....within 2 months itself the stitches came out. i also contacted but no response from them. I think thats why right now
they are not giving any warranty on their range. DSG/Cramster not taking any headache of after sale service. Whatever it is, but my money got wasted
thats the only pain i have

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Hi guys,
I'm planning on getting myself a leather racing suit. Budget is strictly limited to 40k. I'm considering getting one customised from TBG. Any other suggestions regarding brands/models I should consider? I'm considering both 1pc and 2pc suits.
