      Hello there
First i would like to suggest u to visit Doc and get ur MRI done to see if theres any damage to disc or spine
1)Since most of the spine problems stem from lack of good posture some Yoga postures and leg raises will erase the pain
2)If u go to wikipedia and search for Disc herniation then you can come to know how important it is to work on our core muscles and build back strength (go for leg raises it woks wonder and reduction in weight is even better;also build ur thigh muscles with sit ups)
      3) if you wear a lumbo sacral belt then it is fine but with that you need to rest with a pillow under ur knees to ease of the pressure on your back also have to sleep on semi hard surface and avoid soft pillow under ur head
4)lastly you have to brisk walk atleast 4 kms daily with flat heel walking shoes ;avoid running and jogging at all cost it impacts the spine.
5)stop smoking if u do smoke
      6) if doc suggests you to eliminate disc dont go for it believe me its not worth it u can get it from wikipedia as suggested above infact theres a doc here in Mumbai who injects a fluid to corrode disc slowly reducing the problems if you have any disc problems it works.
7)winters are really bad for such issues so keep ur body temprature high by wearing thermocots
      8) to ease back pain immediately go for diathermy which is to apply local heat on the affested area and rest to reduce pain.
      9) you have to avoid lifting weights etc and avoid bending forward rather bend at knee.

hope you take care and recover soon
PS:- always remember our body has been built for some physical activity also it is built to restore our original health so if you rest for 4 weeks for normal back pain without any strenous activity it will regain and avoid further damage to your back and biking ambition.

                            • Ok now I'm completely confused.. I need few quick replies from those who know about Cramster's Twister & DSG Revive.. Revive is getting out of budget but many hating cramster suggest me this.. On the other hand, few Twister users say they've been saved cos of it..
Now I need the Gloves asap!
I have very sensitive hands.. They start paining very quickly if used for long :-) Do help! QUICK QUICK..

OK chirag.. I happen to own both Twister and Revive and I would recommend Revive over twister anyday. The 500 bucks extra is for the much better build quality. You wont regret your decision even once..
