will the pulsar NS suite a guy of 5'4''....?
i sat on one....found it a little heavy also...! i don't have any previous experiences with bikes.
that is why i'm asking about every such details...
NS seems so powerful and fuel economic in paper......so can i choose it over the RTR 180/ 160...?
please care for one last reply... i promise to stop asking more and more questions..
and I'll post new pics soon after i buy one.....

you can definitely choose it over rtr,i mean you should choose it over rtr.
people are talking about saddle height being slight problem which can be ignored.and the question remains why do i race?

Very true RTR is anytime good in speed torque but where will you use that in city ?? R15 is too good in all aspects but how much do we use it's real potential in city?? but awesome on highways!!!Originally posted by sayank10 View Postfirstly i am a rtr fan.
secondly i have ridden a fz over 7000 km.
rtr is a street-fighter.how come it is no fun on city road?
how come rtr abs is way ahead over standard rtr except braking?
both rtr and fz handles good in city.moreover you know rtr is gem in handling, people use it on track days, not fz.
rtr is not about speed,it is about how quick you get to the speed.
i am afraid to say although you claim to have ridden all high segment bike your knowledge is limited about dynamics of a bike.
My point here is FZ is fun because it's more like easily handled in traffic and good torque peach to deal with traffic!
But RTR has more to it than FZ.
And i am a YAMAHA fan no FZ or RTR. I too like RTR. But just suggested to TS in his height and fun angles.

Nothing personal Bro !! We are a family!!

And I thought we had something called xPolice...Really sad to see mods have been ignoring this kind of pointless discussion till now.

That would be more nice to forum readers!!
BTW i don't think that you din't or anyone else din't get the meaning of any lines written above, I guess in fast typing it's called as Typo instead of grammar ??
But Well as Far as forum rules are concern, first get those post check which were highlighted but no actions were taken!!

I thought you would take the request positively but if you ask for it let me cite a couple of examples from your post to clarify why I said so...Here you go.Originally posted by somen1984 View Postit's called as Typo instead of grammar ??
More speeder? What possible typo can this be? And where in dictionary did you get the word speeder?Originally posted by somen1984 View PostAgain yes RTR is more speeder then FZ but it's not a fun on city roads any time then FZ!! BUT RTR ABS is way ahead no comments on it.
how many RTR do you see on road ?? will give you teh answer straight.
Typo? Really?Originally posted by somen1984 View PostFZ is utter fun when you ride it in city, FZ handles more better and best than RTR in city. RTR is not less though but not par FZ in handling and fun! RTR is only for speed.
Look here, being a fellow forum-mate am trying to politely put across my point of view only on the usage of language/words(The 'F' & 'S' & 'C') which is WRONG. There's nothing personal to it. So don't take it as a challenge or anything. By doing so you are actually demeaning your own points too. My 2 cents!!!Last edited by happybiking; 07-27-2012, 09:28 PM....Back to HIBERNATE mode...

See, its difficult to exactly pinpoint why you found it heavy. Its around 145 kgs and most of the guys on this forum have ridden 150+ kgs bikes like Pulsar 220F and Karizma, and they're ok with it, including me.Originally posted by Nithyan.S View Postwill the pulsar NS suite a guy of 5'4''....?

So maybe you should spend time getting used to it. Your height will be a problem at standstill, but definitely not while in motion. I mean, your height is enough to ride the bike, if you want to, that is.
RTR is still more suitable like I said in post#2, specially that you said you need a VFM and that parents will choose the cheaper of all the bikes. I suggest you ask yourself 2 questions:
1. Spend some more time with the P200 NS in the showroom, towing it around, sitting on it. Do you find it manageable?
2. Will your parents spend Rs. 94k on a good bike? Ask them directly.
Its time to make a decision: If any of the above's questions' answer is "NO" then get the RTR, otherwise get the Pulsar.---

Again yes RTR is more speeder then FZ but it's not a fun on city roads any time then FZ!! BUT RTR ABS is way ahead no comments on it.

RTR is perfectly suited to city conditions, performance-wise, gearing-wise and handling wise. I have ridden one myself and it has one amazing chassis along with well sorted out engine that performs so well, even at city level.

It should be: More speeder? What possible typo can this be? And where did you find the word "Speeder" in the dictionary ?? it should be find rather than get and why was "the" missing before dictionary??.Originally posted by happybiking View PostMore speeder? Typo? Really?
This is proper english i guess!!
We are here to suggest over bikes, instead of a grammar test! a small kid can too understand here each and every post in Xbhp. So chill !!! Hey Samarth you woke up late !! Actually why din't you take actions when there were vulgar words used in threads??
And There is no brand war here my friend. Do you want to say that RTR is much better bike than FZ?? If so then why are RTRs few on road and FZ's every 10th bike on the road?? If RTR is that great in city conditions, performance-wise, gearing-wise and handling wise then why people don't opt it for highway or city rides?? RTR is good but that doesn't mean that FZ is worst!! FZ has proven it self all time.
I have ridden RTR and i know how good it is?? Here there is not a Monopoly that we should speak in synch even if it's other way round.
Please let me know when did i do a brand fanism or Flame contains against anyone??
Samrath be active on all post rather than mine
