        I am very happy to see a thread this interactive. No brand wars +1 to that. And TS kept a VERY open mind. Took in all suggestions like a sponge, +1 to that. We finally managed to help someone actually decide on what bike to buy! +2 to that!!
        @TS: the fz is a great choice for a beginner. Good Break in and sane riding is all any bike will ask for. Do that and any mileage concerns will be put to rest. The fz is a good choice,!! Congrats!

          gotta thank you all friendz.fz was realy a bike made for me . . .in love with ma blue bird. . ..and beleive it or not iam getting 47kmpl now. . ! wanna know whether it will decrease or increase after first service . . ?

            47kmpl is something really impressive by FZ, but this will vary with speed and other factors. Currently you are ridding with care later to will only rip!!

            People are quoting 45+kmpl for New FZs. SO it should increase INMO.

                I think actually mileage increases after 1st service, but lets see what happens in your case!
