NS200 is also a good bike, it has all new techs and features! It's a tall bike, get a TD, NS200 is awesome then FZ too. If you can afford 1L bike then surely go for it. You already have an experience of riding splendour so riding anything big won't be a problem.
But yes first do the TD, weight of a bike matters only till it's still, else weight is no where while handling in motion. It has great frames, power speed and can corner also.
Your heoght is 5.6" so it won't be a problem anywhere.

Main Stand is very simple, it has a tech to do it. only stand on the outpurge lever of stand and bike stands on main stand automatically...same is with the RE also. So it should be a problem...
As far as your built is concern, you would look good on NS200. with jackets etc.. NS is not that huge that you will look like a peanut!!

when there is a will then there is a way. Height won't be problem for Pulsar 200 NS. Don't think that a certain bike is limited to a person. Now when I bought FZ, I thought if I couldn't tame her by seeing its looks and all but now I feel it as underpowered, I'm eyeing on Duke 200 . (in my dreams). 1.3k budget for a bike is not in my list.

If some bike above 200cc can give atleast 40 km/l in cities then surely I'd have gone for it.

My budget was just 70+ and I had to push another 10k for FZ-S. Would have pushed 10k more for Karizma but mileage was a factor for me. Anyways FZ was better buy

for now i think i cant go for 200ns

so i will stick with the lil beasts.

eventhough i loved fzs in terms of its street looks ,perfomnce and handling,i still love the clip-on handle and backlit buttons and sporty look of pulsar 150.at the same time i love the street look ,wider rare tyre ,head lamp ,trip meter ,and seat of fzs ...

iam still a bit confused ...

                            Abi

For a student, you have a fairly large budget and I think that is your problem. And by looking at it, I assume that you are well to do people. I also I see that you have opted for a yamaha but I wonder about a couple of things that I will mention below.

                            a) who is going to pay for the petrol and maintenance; are you financially independent?
                            b) a yamaha with a newbie rider is asking for trouble; are you sure you can handle the performace that comes with a yamaha?

To summarize, I think unless you are well to do, a yamaha could become a burden for you. If your parent is paying for you, I only hope that he/she is not a govt. employee and not sacrificing anything else for your fun.

I know these words sound like they are coming from an old guy, but I hope you can see the point in them.
