I don't trust them here they may solve one or two but they return your bike with some other new issues so not worth a try

The amount of NS users out there in india is so big and i think may be they come up with the same problem

or it is a nature of this bike ...

    Hi

This is my first post here from iran

I wonder if any one ever has a problem with clutch and throttle cables ,on my bike both are not in good conditions.

picture that , every time i turn the handle bar fully right the clutch cable kinda stick some where and does not make it's way

toward the engine so the result is you lost free play and when you release the clutch in that specific condition

you have no idea how much of throttle and clutch is needed so you might over reev or quick release and so on....

at the other hand the same story happen to throttle cable .funny it must have a lot of free play just to cause less trouble in a condition mentioned earlier

when i checked the cable it caused an ugly deformation because of being pressed on right turns and has no place to slide so again you loose throttle free play and

in combination of clutch story you just turn like dummy or some one with 2 day riding experience ..hahaha

i just wanna know where should this two cable pass so that they can work properly ...any pdf or documents or photos would help me change their position

    2) Bike is not balanced . Leans towards the left. This is more pronounced when theres a pillion along with you . For the same reason left turns seem more comfortable that cornering towards the right .
    rests the usual
Bad bad tyres - contribute to the bumpy ride heavily . Do not invoke confidence is riding at high speeds . This I feel is the single most biggest defect in the bike . The bike can reach 100 in no time but the tyres hold you from going till there . Need to change to softer tyres asap . Flatter tyres like the one on FZ16 would be great I think . As it is the bike is taller than all the bikes out there - another negative . It means higher centre of gravity and less sped at corners . I think guys below 5'8 will find it hard to ground their feet .
Be happy with your ride mate..
Every bike has its own set of problems and can be sorted out..
By the looks of your post your not at all happy..
And com'on its a naked bike how can you not except wind blast @ higher speeds it's part and parcel of a naked bike.. As far as seating is concerned its comfy enough..
Tyres perfrom well both in dry and wet conditions.. Leaning issue I also had but it turned out to be alignment issue..
In the end if you are so unhappy with ns why didnt you invest slightly more n go for r15(more sporty ride) or zmr /cbr250 ( for cruising )

Yes you're right. But usually rider rides both both halfs of body distributed evenly on both sides. And the minimum area cog will have to act on, the better stability.

Doesn't make sense to me, Afaik, ns has best Cog available. I can push bike on speeds of 2-3kmph without touching ground or having to place feet on ground with ease. My friend who has a aftermarket exhaust on his ns, can't do same.

    1. It is not a cruiser, but a naked street bike meant to be ridden within city streets (in theory). Wind blast is unbearable only if you are a car guy. I did 200kms @ speeds of 110-120kmph without a break (yamuna express way) and it was like sweetest thing in my life. Again being a sports+naked bike, it's positioned FOR aggressive riding with harder suspension to tackle corners more effectively.there isn't a bike that will make you feel like home on long tours. .journey is exhausting only if you don't enjoy it. Ideal Deceleration on my bike is 1kmph/sec, tested many times.
    2.Fork misalignment.
    3. Tyres are bad only when you brake hard. Else works fine whether it's top speed stability or cornering. You have to adapt.
    4. Bike is taller and youre shorter. For me, a guy being 5.10 ,This is a tailor made bike.
And it's not the tank height or seat positioning height that determines effective C.O.G. The Engine placement, under belly exhaust and perimeter steel frame chasis decides the most crucial C.O.G. which this bike has In excellence.
