Nope...that does not void the warranty...
I've been using Motul 7100FS 20w50 from around 5k kms...
Yeah, the only thing to keep on mind is that the grade of oil you use is 20w50 and nothing else, otherwise it does void warranty.

    It is a gradual process...
There is no point if you kept your vehicle under 4k rpm till 2k km and just after that you start revving it to 9k...
Increase gradually... start to go to 5k rpm at 6th gear... move ahead slowly...

Also, its nor just the run in time that decides your bikes mileage and other things...
Its how you care for it...
Clean the chain yourself... lube it regularly...
Keep the vehicle clean etc etc

You see, after 19months , 20500 kms still I get 40kmpl is a very good deal for me given my style of riding...
my first bike, my first love :-)

Buy this bike and 'm sure you won't regret it...
There surely are vibrations but as someone said earlier, no bike is perfect, neither is this one...

Agreed but I think there are too many posts discussing mileage in this link which was actually started to discuss problems in the bike. See for yourself
And these were by aspiring owners and not users so it cannot be for bike problems as you say

    Sorry if you were offended.
I get 29 km/l even when I followed RUN in up to 1000kms by heart, after that I wasn't able to resist anymore, It was like I had sunny Leone in my arms and all I was doing was kissing her on the forehead from the last 1000kms. That moment I couldn't control my lust and from that day, I do 60km/hr always in less than 4 sec.

Seriously if you are looking for mileage better consider a 125 cc or a 150 cc bike

Whats the mileage you both are getting. And is it normal that sometimes by mistake the rpm goes to 5000 and then comes back to 3000 rpm while gear shifting. Would it affect the engine in those 5 seconds?
i m getting mileage of 36 kmpl as of now and as for your problem i think that the reason is while gear shifting you would have been accelerating the bike which leads you to higher RPM i would suggest while shifting dont accelerate just calm your nerves, slow down your ride a bit and then do the shifting and ............. KABOOSH........ your problem is solved.......
And yes bro i think it affects the engine......
