For coming helmet campaign, we need to put some guys for these jobs.

Public Relations - handles the written matter on pamphlets,press releases, interaction with media and public etcc

Sponsor hunting and finance control - over all control over the money and sponsor related stuff. Here is the presentation showed to sponsors and impress them.

Design and editing - design work of pamphlets, t-shirts (if there is), notice boards, banners etc. They can also help in editing photos and video

Photography and video team - coverage of the event. Raw stuff handed over to editing team.

Audio/Video - Visual images have more impact than saying. How about making a small video which shows and importance of helmet??? Ask people and take video of people saying the importance of helmet.

Feedback team - Feed back can be also taken so that we can improve next time.


These are my suggestions only. Hope much more can be added from others.

Noel, first of all this is not a Helmet campaign. Just interact with public and convey a message that, BE A RESPONSIBLE RIDER AND RIDE SAFE. All your suggestions are fine, especially the photography,Audio/Video..... and for that we dont need to put any other person above you

@ABAN009, Nice solutions for P220..even an idiot try to learn these....but some PBk mechanics define these problems by their own way like, Ithu agane thanne, This is not going to be solved, It is a manufacturing defect etc etc. Thanks for sharing this information
