I am also visiting this place since 2012 and I have seen even preachers doing 150 kmph on that road to make the pillion go aawww. It's just, someone crashed this time. Whatever the big bike guys do there, everyone think that they are doing it right. This wannabe tendency was the root cause of this accident. Maybe I myself have done something someday there even after so much avoidance.

Best bike mechanic in Noida

Hey guys,

I own a Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler 2012. It's been riding okay but I am in need of a good mechanic in Noida (or anywhere in Delhi NCR if the mechanic is really good). I've been getting it serviced at Honda service center so far but they are no good. They never fix problems what I tell them. In fact bike started getting more problems recently.

I think a reliable and expert mechanic should be able to help me out in fixing the problems.

An experienced advice will be greatly appreciated.

Planning a trip ?

Hey Guys,

Please let me know if someone is planning a long trip( except Leh or Spiti, recently did those) and need company. Wanted to go on a trip this summer, but getting availability of all known rider is difficult. Please ping me on whatsapp(8377004105).

One more update: i recently modified my 220's lamps and installed twin HID, original Osram 4200K: now night touring has become very comfortable and safe. Thanks Xbhp for providing useful information.

I am planning for lansdowne/nainital this summer. Not a very long trip but still a relief. You can pour in any suggestions. I ride RC 390 so can't offroad.

Hi,
I recently did Noida-lansdowne this weekend (24-25 June 2017). I did this as a getaway from the heatwaves but out of the 235kms. 170-180kms (till Kotdwar), it was very hot! Our initial plan was to return the same evening and hence we left at around 4:30 in the morning. We reached Lansdowne at around 10. The roads till Kotdwar were state highways, I guess and some rash traffic and peds made the ride all so difficult , so we decided not to travel in the night on this route and decided to stay in Lansdowne for the night and reached back the next day by 5pm.
There was some construction work going on in Najibabad and we were stuck there for sometime as well.
As per my suggestion, if you want to enjoy the ride, go there when the weather is good.
Btw, the roads after Najibabad are an absolute treat to ride on.

I'm Rito, been on xbhp for years now, but never really got to actively participate in the forums and discussions. But today I come here asking for your help.

I am currently working on a route plan for a Night ride around New Delhi for a company, and since I am not from Delhi, I'd like some inputs on the Routes, pit-stops (Chai- sutta breaks) and even late night Dhabas within Delhi where they might be able to grab some dinner or finger foods.
