    Goa will be too far for Gujarat people, better to keep it in some part of konkan or mahabaleshwar.. pratapgad ka bhi soch sakte hai it's near to mahabaleshwar..

        sorry i said goa in excitement but just to contribute to the thread i would say mahaballeshwar is nice location. the only problem will be if so many bikes go there it might just cause lotta chaos. even 10 bikes at a time will cause chaos.

              Lets assume ~20 riders per state will enter Mahabaleshwar..

              We have been thinking for Dapoli/ Ganpatipule/ Shrivardhan. Poll for location will be put up next week. Till then please come up with more suggestions and do let us know if anyone has contacts of hotel/ resorts etc. where ~50-60 folks and their steeds can be accommodated.

                When i had been there (dont remember the month), it was pleasant in evening after 4 or so. Afternoons were sultry hot. But, the blowing wind surely helps in sustaining the weather.

                          How about Velneshwar, it's not very far from ganpatipule, but has the additional advantage of extra shade for the heat. Also since the ride is going to be after shivratri, accommodation also won't be much of a problem IIRC there is a MTDC resort closeby too

                              Tu to marne wala hai by Guj ppl at the gtg, for sure..!!

                              My suggestions:
                              Mahabaleshwar, Alibaug, Daman (wont mind for second time, as was perfect considering the kind of fun we have and this time looks more big ), Anywhere on the konkan patch.

                              All we need is a good place to enjoy the 'energy' drink, a small place with the size of a playground to park our steeds
                              Last gtg was really good.. enjoying on beach, good place for parking, perfect place for the bakaar all night.! so something similar..

                                As more people are inclining to beach side G2G, Ganapatipule is very good option(some more suggesting for it), cooler than more places discussed and also Mumbaia guys would get more miles to ride, what do you say @I_Live2Ride !!!
                                But as per gmaps, it would be +13 hrs ride for Ahmedabad and Gujarat guys. Will they be okay(I know it is all about riding, but just pointing out this concern).

                                Moreover since beach discussions are going, and seeing the distances for all regions to be okay sort of, I will still iterate for Shrivardhan.


                                Waise dates decide karne mein ek aur dhyaan 20th April is Sunday, Easter Sunday it is.
