1. I am not the right person to comment on suitability of Duke 390 at Shani paar traffic. I have taken my friends' fireblade for buying रताळी (sweet potato) in mandai. I ride Ninja anywhere and everywhere I go and do not feel any issue. I park my bike on any road side and only very few times I lock it.

2. There was no reason to write it. No body asked.

3. Bike is fantastic, amazing, superb etc. etc. No comparison to anything else. After riding 390, I sat down on my Ninja 250 and thought that Ninja has lost one cylinder. This much is the difference in power delivery of both bikes.

4. If you intend to ride with a pillion, this is not a bike for you. My son who rides pillion on Ninja even at speeds of 140, could not bear sitting as pillion on 390 for more than couple of kms.

as for d390 eating ninja250 for breakfast... that was but expected with the kind of tech specs that floated around before the release...
and i honestly think that the d390 [and d200] shud come factory-fit w/ a rear seat cowl. the pillion seat on both these bikes is a crude joke!

Not usually. I bought black ninja for a specific reason that it would not stand out in a parking lot. In last 3 years of ownership, I found it dropped just once. It is acceptable loss for 3 years' convenience of not bothering to lock it.

I do not agree with you. My wife should at least have an option of sitting on the bike (even though she won't on either of these). Having a cowl reduces the perceived usability of the bike

Just one word for the duke 390. It wheelies faster than the R15 and the 200 and has the most perfect braking i liked but misses the engine braking what the ninja gives.

Engine specs wise the engine is very simple to understand and a basic mechanic friendly.

Engine internal snaps would be coming soon

Just one word for the duke 390. It wheelies faster than the R15 and the 200 and has the most perfect braking i liked but misses the engine braking what the ninja gives.

Engine specs wise the engine is very simple to understand and a basic mechanic friendly.

Whoaaa. . . you mean to say you wheelied on Duke 390, R15 and on 200?

Engine specs wise the engine is very simple to understand and a basic mechanic friendly.

What does this really mean? Engines are always simple to understand. . . the issue comes at the time of repairing. Do you mean that the engine would break down frequently (ala bullet ) ? Only a frequently breaking down engine is friendly for mechanic. An engine that does NOT break down can't really be friendly for him.

Whoaaa. . . you mean to say you opened up the engine and snapped photos? or are you talking about photos provided by manufacturer?
