Ram and Dinesh, I would suggest taking a detour from Kateri instead of touching Coonoor. You will ride through Selas and taking a right at Kaikaaty, where you join the Ooty Main road just 2 kms before Ooty... The roads are pure bliss, with an awesome view. No vehicles at all.... Gopi, Vijay, and myself took that route, and we had no difficulties whatsoever even riding Marco with just the accelerator cable (Actor Vijay's style)....
Return, the Kotagiri route anyday... Will try my max to meet you guys. Marriage is around 11 a.m. or so, but I will be riding back immediately due to office commitments...
By the way, I will be starting with dad only by 7 or 8...

^^ Thanks Vj for superfast uploading of photos and the pictures are awesome and thanks for guiding us through wonderful route .....
Had a wonderful trip with two two strokes zip zapping the curves and really Yamaha is glued up with the hills and Ram started slowly and when he started showing his speed I was not able to match his speed .... some hard pass with the local guys really interesting ...
Had some fun too missed the route to Konoor on return leg and after nearing Burliar I asked Ram Y Konoor has not come yet
Some problem with my camera memory card showing up the photos only in camera its not showing up in the system
