Try to join at Thodupuzha. Its lesser in distance and you can save some time.

As far as I know there is on improvement works done in ktm-mvtpza stretch recently. Kottayam-etumanoor stretch got some repairs in the last week as the Honourable President of India's visit to Kottayam by this month.
If you want to take the good tarmac of mvtpza-tdpza stretch, take the root.
Otherwise this is the main alternative.

Ktm-etmnr(10 km)- hope you know the road condition
Etmnr-pala(16 km)-one of the best roads in kottayam. Not that much straight like mvtpza-tdpza stretch. But well built..
Pala-tdpza(27 km)-average road. Somewhat same as kottayam etmnr stretch. But corners and hills.
But I think this route is not that much hard to cover


There is a diversion from the road which can lead you people to Muttom, another junction we will be crossing after tdpza. But i wont recommend the route

Honda Dazzler! Help!

Hi my name is Steffin, a newbie to this site...I found this site on my googling and saw some fellow Cochin ppl who are in love with bikes..I am not that good with bikes and so found this site very informative...I was reading this site the whole day and kept on reading!

I reside in Vazhakkala and I actually belong to Thrissur...


I had a problem that any of you might be able to help...I had ordered for a Honda Unicorn Dazzler from Thrissur showroom 2 months back..I have to wait for 2 more months..Totally 4 months....I thought these 4 months will pass by very soon..But not so....

So is there anyone who can help me with these questions?


1.What is the minimum delay with which one can take a bike(Honda Dazzler)
in Cochin from the showroom(Even after putting some influence)?
(Actual delay is 8 months)

2.Is there anyway by which I can transfer the booking to Cochin showroom from Thrissur?

3.Or is there any unwanted pending bookings that is there in the showroom?
(I read that someone had made 2 bookings simultaneously)

im not sure but HONDA's usually always have a unbearable waiting period and unless its the same dealer i dont think you can transfer the booking but you should be able to cancel the current booking and then book at another place right?

hey guys bad news , Im think im Cursed by the biking gods , My exams got posponed by a day , can u believe tat , A DAY , so now i have an exam on monday , so i guess i wont be making the I-day ride , really sorry to inform you this ...
