Guys i plan to get the Sena SMH10 bluetooth headset before the interstate ride. Heard that the device is a lot cheaper in US (around 6k Difference). Posting this here - if any of your friends are returning to Chennai from US who can help to buy this for me? A dual pack. Please PM me.

International shipments to India are troubled much by Customs in the past 3 years. We will get the item with an invoice to pay as well which will be sealed over the package. So try to order to someone who's coming to India from outside.
I've paid the Customs fee twice and got lucky twice in between those 2 times as well. And then I stopped shipping from outside to India. Thanks to Onsite returns.
If you still want to try this, enquire with the website will they cover you in case of issues with Customs and if the delivery (postman) guy asks for amount, reject the shipment and get your refund from seller.
The problem is most send items via Govt Mail. There shouldn't be problems of they are shipping via Fedex or DHL.
And Gearbest has good reviews. 👍

Xbhp South Indian ISG2G Chennai Pre-ride

With respect to the ISG2G at Ooty this August, we are arranging two pre-rides. One by July and one by August. Please vote with which date would be preferable and we would choose the date which is most feasible for the lot. It would be a half day ride covering different terrains to get accustomed to the group and the riding conditions too. Route map would be shared upfront .

Please respond with your preferred date for the first pre-ride.
