I'm even more eager now! Can't wait for the evening, firstly for the pic you are talking about, & then for the opening ceremony of CWG.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

Adi is our official Mr. Protectionist!! I'm sure his bike loves him more than he does.

Guys, please post pics from the Ooty ride. I'm sure you guys have lots of them.
& Rahul, please post the HD videos from the Go Pro.

Increase your speed & watch the fun, when someone falls from a Motorcycle, unfortunately he can't choose which way to fall best & hurt himself less.

Battery/recharger issue dude. Batt's dont last more than a few mins, max 15 snaps at the most. Getting a new set of batteries and charger in a few days. Hopefully they last longer than the previous ones.

We had an awesome ride. Look out for a detailed report on a separate thread (deserves a separate thread).

Sorry bro. None of us planned to even ride to Chamundi hills. It was supposed to be a ride to Kanva dam, breakfast and back... But we ended up in Ooty. No charger, no change of clothes, nothing... phones were almost dead and had very less charge, hence we couldnt inform / reply. Glad you and Akshay joined in. It was an awesome weekend.

                  • Boy what an adventure - a 170 km ride turned into a 700 km+ roadtrip! Include in that searching for a hotel/other essentials late evening, and a wild tusker attack in Bandipur on kumar and me. I had my gopro on-board camera on but the battery ran out just before the elephant thing! But some sample pics from my gopro before posting some more in a separate thread. HD Video of Chamundi hills ride also coming up.

Thanks everyone for making the ride a huge, crazy success!

ps: I am running a fever today - funny because I was the only rider in the group to be bone dry through all the torrential downpour because of my rain gear.

Nice Photos.. Ooty is really nice. You guys should really try Hotel Tamil Nadu in Mudumalai... Really hospitable chaps.

Whenever you do such kind of great ride its always better to come up with a new thread. within a short period of time trip details get burried in this thread.

                              Just my honest opinion guys
