Steve, I'd love to join, that route is on my mind, but on a different date

I don't know if you already know this, but Hebbe Falls and Kodachadri together will be a major clutch burner. Have some clutch plates handy. I had to change my clutch plates in Chikmangalur after I got there from Hebbe Falls. 25 kms took me something like 4 hours to traverse.

have a 3 day weekend this week and got one day off as well and cannot change dates. and rgarding the places - yes I am aware of it and have been there as well(winter) but am sure monsoon and kodachadri will be a whole new ball game altogether.

This sunday 12th Sep I will be riding with a few friends to Mekedatu (100 kms one way). I shall post details of the ride in a day or two. We will meet up in the city early in the morning and ride out. Keep an eye on this thread and confirm if you are in. I shall post the details and plan soon.

The ride is on for tomorrow morning. Checked a few "reliable" weather report sites and it appears that there wont be rain tomorrow morning.

we plan to leave latest by 6am. I will post the details of the ride plan and meetin point shortly.

Ok so here is the plan for the ride tomorrow morning.

Event : Ride to Mekedatu

Date : 12th Sep

Meeting time and venue : Between 5.30am and 6.00 am at Wipro Madivala (next to madivala police station near Total mall).

Confirmed riders:

1. Alok - ninja 250R

2. Samarth (my friend from tbhp) - RTR

3. Reggie aka ark - Ninja 250R (yet to confirm)

4. n_aditya - Ninja 250R

We will leave at 6.00 am sharp so please come on time. We will take the NICE road and exit at Kanakapura and proceed to Mekedatu.

Mandatory requirements : Helmet, riding or leather jacket, full pants like jeans or cargo's, vehicle documents, shoes preferably leather. No riding with chappals, floaters, hawaii's.
