      Thanks.
The fastest route to hosur from hoskote would depend on what time of the day you'd be doing it in. If its rush hour (0800-1100, 1800-2100 hrs), avoid riding thru bangalore, instead take NH207 via chikka tirupathi. Its an average road with random traffic. However, if you're going to be passing by at any other time, the fastest way would be to ride towards bangalore, at KR puram, take the outer ring road towards marathalli and onwards to silk board junction, get onto the elevated flyover to electronic and before you know it, you'll be in hosur. Its stone's throw away from ECity.

      Hope that helps.

How about taking the NICE road. Come over till the tumkur road & from there get on the NICE road till ECity?? I know it sounds a bit long but it is a very empty road isnt it??

The time he'd look to make up along the NICE road, he'd have lost it already in getting to NICE, even if its thru Dobbespet.

Are you talking about the traffic?? Anyways the silkboard route would be filled with even more traffic.

BTW i was talking about coming through hebbal & jalahalli cross side to NH4 and not through dobbaspet.

                  2) route conditions for the above routes .

                  3) suggest any other places if you have

As phani said the Pre-Ride is postponed to March 6 or 7th
Hammer the racetrack. Pace yourself on the street.

I would suggest this option.Anyways you have tried Mullayangiri and Budiyanagiri earlier.

                      questions:

Coorg or Kodagu is the same. It is the smallest district in Karnataka.Madikeri is the head quarters to coorg district.
                      The route you can take is:Bangalore > Mandya > Mysore > Hunsur > Kushalanagara>Madkeri

                      2) route conditions for the above routes .

The road conditions are good for the most part of this route, but Kushalanagar to Madkeri was in bad condition some time back, don't know about the present condition.Interior of Coorg have got pretty decent single lane roads, with occasional bad stretches

                      3) suggest any other places if you have

If you can extend a day or two you can even cover wayanad, Around 150 Kms from Madkeri.

                            - Taking breaks in between is not recommended, it breaks the group and screws up the harmony. Please avoid as much as possible.
                            - Minimize overtaking within the group
                            - If this is your first time with us, please don't show us your heroics. Instead see how everyone else is riding.
                            - Ensure that you have enough fuel before you start the ride. The total distance covered is approximately 150 kms. Or atleast have fuel to reach A2B.
The above listed points are not exhaustive.

Fellow riders are requested to add whatever they feel necessary.
