The weight of the Bike comes into picture, while taking out the Bike from the Parking Lots. And in Bangalore - people park 3 bikes in a slot of 2 bikes. And a 150 CC for a weight of 225CC - Power to weight ratio - will it be dismal?
No offence but your post is O.T.
Wait for GSR150 first impression from xbhp members.

If you ask me,....a VERY BIG NOOOO! It has looks I agree. But power nowhere close to 220. Though the FZ16 is a torquey machine but 220cc air cooled vs 150cc air cooled street bikes, 220cc is bound to have noticeably more torque. I have ridden both, performance is nowhere close to a 220.

I'm sure its the displacement and the bhp are responsible for that no matter whatever the design differences are. Ok so the question now is which bike is the FZ closest to in terms of performance? I'm sure people wanting to buy an FZ would want to know this one.

lemme put it this way... It looks better than anything that is available, Its as quick as any 150cc in the market available.

no comparision between a fz16 and p220 dude.the power is much more less in case of fz..i had both the bikes and it's much less powered compared to p220

                      • rode the FZ16 today!! ripped it, showed 110km/hr on speedo with less effort in a clear road!!
stability is awesome, planted on the road!!! amazing braking distance. tending me to do the stoppie.
i think it can be compared with the power of 180dtsi, a little more and may be closer to the 200. but lillte more refined engine and fun to ride!!!

Well "IMO" it can be compared to the Apache RTR.. No offence to FZ owners(infact i loved the looks as well as performance to some extent).. but for almost same price.. "I" would go for the RTR.

I guess you meant... Cant be compared

RTR is a way different machine.... the FZ looks meaty, does good in its bit, but then again the RTR is an RTR...

Yup.... RTR is a very diff machine.... in terms of everything.... but 'performance' can be compared.... thats what I think after riding RTR and FZ back to back .
