By God's grace, I've not been challaned even once in my 20 years of driving and riding.
I don't race, I don't perform stunts, I don't cut across lanes and/ or cut other vehicles, I love to wear my helmet and follow traffic rules/ laws and I prefer safety over surprise... If that is boring and/ or sissy as per you, so be it.

Got challaned 4 times, 3 on bike and 1 on car out which 3 challans came to home by post so i dont have any idea whether i was really violating traffic rules or not.

        1. 2 challans violating stop line.
        2. 1. Pillion without helmet
        3. Over speeding just 55 km/hr in car.

                      3 Times!!!

I have been Challenged thrice in the Past 14 Yrs since i started riding..

1st for jumping into the wrong lane coming from Airport road to Mg Road, Bangy... got away by giving Rs 100/- to the Cop...

2nd my bike was taken from HDFC Indiranagar, Bangy by the Damn Tow Truck....Ended up paying Rs 300/- for releasing the bike & Rs 100/- for the Autowala trying to find out to which police station they had towed my bike

3rd for not having pollution certificate inspite of having all the other dox & wearing helmet at Nelliampathy Hill Station, Palghat, Kerala... Got away without paying any anything by saying some silly excuse... Lucky Me...

& Yes innumerable no of times during Routine checking which everyone can agree that the cops were doing their job...

                      Cheers!!!!!

Had been challaned 3-4 times with a sum of 150 bucks(which they start with 2200 bucks) basically due to the fact that the scooter which i was using earlier was of Amritsar registration.

And after i bought the KariZMA i have never been fined nor even caught for regular check ups(Touchwood !).....hope this continues....

Have been challaned thrice in good ol college days for signal jumping and rash driving.

Courtesy : beautifull jyothi nivas & christ college babes and not to forget Nmkrv too .

I was lately (3 months back ) fined for Smoking while riding on my rx wearing a half helmet but this topic deserves a separate thread overall. let us all discuss there, No OT's in this thread

                            Have been challaned many times..

                            * Without Licence - When i was 15 - Rs.50

                            * Parking directly in front of NO PARKING board - Rs. 150

                            * Over Speeding on the East Coast Road - Rs.100

                            * Took a U turn where there wasn't any 'No U Turn Board' - But instead the cop made me pay Rs.50 for reasons known to him!!

That's all i could remember for now

In totality i might have been challaned 6-7 times but in last 2 months i have been challaned 3 times and all the bloody time it was for jumping red light.

                              Account of last three challan:
1, I was just taking a u turn on one of the red lights and Alerts traffic cops on Firey white pulsar 180 caught me (no chase was involved, i just stopped0
2, I was trying to do something which is called Gang Red light jump (like a gang rape), number of people was jumping it in i thought i should go with the flow but it was a bad decision.
3, It was ay before yesterday only, i was fined again for jumping red light, but seriously i didnt saw any, traffic cops told me that i had jumped one so thats it.

P.S: I am not someone who dont respect traffic rules but this above mentioned incident just happaned.

Well i hav been fined once but the story is very funny,

I was standin at a signal on my RD and realise that my bike was slowly runnin out of fuel so i put the choke on and revved the bike once to keep it running, outta nowhere out comes a cop pulls my key out and charges me for rash driving AT A SIGNAL, i was so shocked that all i could do was laugh, to my surprise the cop also laughed and said that it was the month ending and he had to get some cases finally i paid a 100 buck fine and left.

to all sceptics i promise on my RD that this is a true account
