Well, Its not an argument, but a clarification. Reading this, others are also mislead into doubts and ambiguities. Point I m trying to make is, its not some dark art that we follow and mislead. Everything has been reported and its just a matter of reading it right.
Well, if the mod thread for the CBR has not been progressive, its coz there has been other work piled up. Our 2012 season has almost started and its quite hard to find time, outside the racing developments. Yes, it will happen.
Good news, we are racing 2 CBR250s this year in a new class, with bikes leased by Honda Racing. Its a seasonal contract and will give us limited access to tuning the bike, which allows more competitive riders to come up and also offering a level playing ground. From next year, the all-out expert class should see the CBR250 enter the quarter litre class.sigpic

Joel, its really difficult to understand your post when you use words like altered port geometry, modified intake system, stock internals and pump gas, reprofiled combustion chamber why not put in a simple English & say something like the below...
Head mod + replacement airfilter - xx bhp
Exhaust - yy bhp
Replacement ECU - xx bhp
*all bhp numbers at crank rounded to approx value as measured in dyno
When you say altered port geometry, what port are we talking, inlet or exhaust; already RC air filter is stated, then what difference does it make between the terms "Race Concepts, stock replacement filter" and "Modified intake system"; does reprofiled combustion chamber means, whether you're making any changes to the cylinder or not & again there's another statement "engine internals are all stock"; what I mean, is these things are not clear & manipulating over the time. Tell me, would anyone here understand the clear difference on these please?
Had it been said, we're offering replacement ECU, then things are crystal clear. One can say "An indite employment of pages fastened along an array bound in covers" or simply "book".
Though a little OT, I mentioned about my Rx on the post you pointed because it also has a little performance part...I'm running a 90/100 kit from Ron Sir & used to run RDD CDI, which I blew during one of my learning. This is to say that, I still believe in RELIABLE PERFORMANCE tuning & don't know how more should I prove that I'm not debating you, but would understand what I'm doing. Kindly understand. Tks.
Rx100.7050 - No its not differences, just trying to understand what is getting into the bike, that's allhey Joel & Argee: If you have differences

Please please please tell me you are not getting that inertia type crap. I hope you are getting a eddy current type. The moment you get it, I am coming down to Bangalore for your special touch and a plaque on the fuel tank saying 'Specially tuned by Joel Joseph' (not Race Dynamics) .Originally posted by Joel View PostAlso, coming to the dyno, well yes we are getting our Dyno soon and it will be up for public use as well. Dyno runs will be available for anyone willing to pull till about 250hp.
By the way, do add some RD stickers in the kit you are sending me.Only a biker knows why a dog sticks his head out of a car window.

There is no bigbore upgrade for the CBR250R now. So no claim.Originally posted by princesirohi View Post@Joel: buddy, i wanna ask one thing, do you give any kind of warranty that bike using your modification parts will not suffer any damage or do you claim that your parts like big bore etc will be good for xxx kms?
The engine tune done till date has been as reliable as stock.
Your post has no connection here, expect for your urge to unleash the bubble in you.sigpic

2) i know, all your mods/big bore are extremely reliable, BUT thats NOT what i asked.
3) i don't see a reason, why my post is not connected here. if it indeed is- please click teh button -"report post" and moderators will delete it if they feel it has really no connection.
4) there is not bubble in me, and no urge to unleash anything. i don't know what you assumed, but i simply asked a question to which you could have answered in simple language- yes or no- maybe with an explanation if the answer is no.

@ Sridar, - request you to kindly start another thread for non RC products. It will help if this thread is not diluted with information irrelevant to what RC is offering.Originally posted by sridar1983ya bigbore is out of question since it needs work on counter weight to accommodate the new pistons weight or else the engine will vibrate violently and will blow to smithereens lol the work is already under way..
We will be able to import it soon.
Check this 180cc r15 making 22.4bhp on wheel
The 180cc r15 makes 22.5bhp... Nice one
Hope CBR will make 35bhp
Thanks,
Anil

@ joel
u have done a lot of developments for the yamaha r15.. So now its a highly powerful bike.. The most powerful machine that u have is currently ur r15 (means full blown)
similarly after complete developments for cbr250r, to what extent the performance go up.. What can we expect with a full blown race concepts honda cbr250r.. Can u give some bhp figures..
