Race Concepts is my own tuning outfit which is at its most basic levels now. Managing everything on my own and doing everything possible at our very best, the performance results are never compromised.
Things will grow, but I'd never dream and I'm never ambitious. I take things as they go.

@Sunny - Well, I'm not talking about hardening the front suspension alone. LIke I said, its revalved, pre-loaded differently and matched to offer the best balance of stiffness and damping. COupled with the stiffening at the rear, the bike feels a lot more balanced than the stock counterpart and matching the stock R15.

@senotrius - Yes, I have only started with the CBR. Its a long way to go, before you surely hit numbers which are close to double the stock power, in race mode. This is just the beginning to get to bigger numbers

@hotshot.vipin - The 3hp bump was only with the headwork and intake. The exhaust offers another ~3hp bump at the crank. In comparision to the other international brands which were comparitively dynoed to make 0.9-1.0hp more.
The suspension tune is my own work and we will only offer at our place.

Well, an R25 is not far away. The best marriage will be made with the R15 frame meeting the CBR250R engine . In process

How different is this modification compared to the hardest setting of the Pro Link? Would the modification yield to additional hardest setting than the stock? How?

The hardest setting will make the bike simply bounce around with almost no feedback. If you are talking about the front, many people and tried going super stiff, but that leads to chatter and serious instability. Its always that fine balance of stiffness, damping and rebound that you need to strike.

No I'm talking only the front; I believe the front is taken care of. I once tried with softest + 1 & it wasn't that great on our potholed roads & hence I switched back to softest which is really great on medium to heavy potholed roads.

Since I'd experienced with softest + 1, I was wondering how much hard would the hardest setting would be; plus your additives to the hardest setting. I was trying to understand if that would be an overdone or something.

YOur post is confusing again. YOu are saying that you make clicks to the front suspension? Thats non-adjuatable.
Please read your above post again.

Sir,in an earlier post here, you stated for the run-in of the Joeled CBR,you took it for a trip of 800km.
Could you please,in complete details and reasoning, enlighten us on your method of breaking-in a new engine?

P.S.: I've worked the Motoman way as well as the Manual's and have only achieved utmost satisfaction. Both have worked, but i wish to know what's the Joel way.

But then these mods can be done only for completing the warranty period naa.
i believe it 2yrs or some kms whichever is earlier.

Warranty has nothing to do with tuning. Tuning is not meant to make something unreliable, but to make it fast, yet keeping stock levels of reliability, like in this case. This is not an extreme build to compromise on reliability and its very very far from being pushed!

Ofcourse Joel, it has to do; HMSI is waiting at a drop of hat to knock off warranty claims; remember, they can recall entire engine block as such.
