          • Points collated during the press conference and Q&A session from - Rajiv Bajaj, Sriinivas, Joseph Abrahm:-

            Pulsar will continue to evolve and expect to see bigger pulsars in future.. if not different.. then similar to future products from KTM. Expect to see 350cc Pulsar. The development will run along with KTM engines

            Whatever Bajaj is today.. is because of Pulsar. He compared Bajaj & Pulsar to Apple and Iphone.

            Patents filed on Triple spark.

            Faired version of Pulsar 200 NS will look much better and meaner. Its more appealing than the Naked sports. Will feature probably the Projection headlamp.

            Higher capacity versions of bike will have projection headlamps.

            200NS has been bench marked against P220.. and 200NS is the best 200cc bike in the world.

            More Probiking showrooms.

            Bajaj will not increase money on advertisements.

            More intense Pulsar ads in future after the product gets launched. O&M working on it.

            Launch in April. Price not revealed but should be around 30K less then the Duke.

            Fi version will be launched on the basis of market feedback.

            My own observation.. after sitting on bike :-
            Bike is tall and should be an easy handler. The Handle is more upright and not very sporty.
            Tank is plastic. Overall fit and finish is very good. Loved it.

                  So happy for Tata, Mahindra and Bajaj, finally they have started to focus on quality. Tata showed it with much refined Vista/Manza, its miles better than original Indica/Indigo, a car which revolutionized Indian car market in late 90s. Engine reliability was never an issue, Tata just needed to solve small niggle issue and they finally succeded. Today Vista Quadrajet offers better drivability, smooth suspension, spacious, cheaper compared to Suzuki Swift.

                          A very big thanks to Rajiv Bajaj. For bringing in international level styling here.

                          The Pulsar always was a well designed bike. Constantly kept updated. Bajaj standing up and competing with Japanese bike makers is a very proud thing. TVS and Hero must catch up now.

                          Engine capacity will increase as time passes and market matures. But styling is right at par with global trends.

                          Though,does it remind anyone of the Xess custom CB1000R?

                              Why few of the members are not coming to the terms that Bajaj can also come up with a good appealing design !!!

                              Every faired bike, R1, Fireblade & Ducati etc has "similar" design cues. Split Headlamps, fairing, sharp tail. So do we say it's a total rip off. It's the character!!
                              FZ1000 & CB1000R are also "similar" then, right???? Similar lamp & naked body showing the engine layout.
